We ordered this system along with a Fender Passport Conference System. One of the microphones did not work. We opened it and found one wire to be loose. We called B&H and they immediately replaced the broken microphone. Thank you!

The ease of use is astouning! We were able to set it up and get it working in less than 5 minutes. Lavalier mics are easy to reposition, head set mics are comfortable, nothing yet has made us want to doc a point/star away.
