Impressive Custimer Service
This was my second time purchasing a laptop from B&H. I initially needed to check whether it was on stock through the online chat and was able to get all the information needed in a timely manner. I then called the store to reserve the item which was easily accomplished. I honestly can't find any faults to the customer service; it was quick, easy, and very effective. I find the employees very knowledgeable and dont forsee myself purchasing tech items anywhere else.

Need a replacement for my Microsoft Surface Pro 2
I need more power and a small travel size. This is the only laptop that had a Nvidia Geforce MX 150 card and 16 Gigs with a upgradable ssd NVMe slot. I just put in a 2TB drive. For the size and power it's worth the money. I bought the one with the touch screen, if you don't need it you save tons of money.

Thanks a lot for a nice service for such foreign customer as me(RU), very nice packed, survived trans Atlantic delivery. Laptop is da best, using it with Ubuntu, mostly for coding . Good materials, nice performance.
