Not very reliable
Had intermittent issues when the interface would disconnect from Ableton and send a loud high frequency noise through the MOTU outputs. This happened every 6-8 weeks and I could never pin down what was causing it. Since I was using this for live performance, it really wasn't working well. Nice interface if you can get it to work with your computer
The web interface, DC coupled outputs, and stand-alone operation make it easy to use, flexible, and useful. That said, it is super-finicky about the USB port it's plugged into. Audio is fine on my MacBook Pro but it can't update firmware. I can update firmware on my Windows 7 desktop, but on some (not all) USB ports there are clicks in the output. It helps that MOTU support is excellent, but I had to spend a half a week figuring out which USB ports were compatible and which weren't. It's not a drop-in replacement for the mk3.

FAULTY
After one year of very gentle use it distorts and creates buzzing. I've now asked around and this is a very common fault with all my musician friends. They have all had issues with the motu.

Great interface for Worship. I use with my MBP through Ableton Live 9. Sounds great and works well.
