Very good
Replaced a 10 year old Asus PA24Q ProArt monitor with this. Working well with my pc and Xbox. Destiny 2 looks almost as good as my LG Oled tv. Took a lot of time to tweek the settings for best visuals but was worth the effort. My old pc can only out Hd 1900x1000 resolution so the image can be just a bit grainy or soft at times since this is a 4K monitor.

Okay monitor
Its okay. Not worth what I paid for when I got it. Use it daily. Its 4k and looks good. Nothing too great about it. Everythimg works as stated. Its $450ish now on amazon. Half what I got it for 1 year ago. That's disappointing.

Gave me a headache
It seems like a decent monitor at first sight, though build wise it's rather flimsy, after using it for an hour a horrible pulsing headache started. I'm generally sensitive to PWM but It doesn't seem to use it (or it's frequency is super high and it's undetectable), yet something is off with this one for me.

Looks amazing!
Very happy with the purchase, came with HDMI and DisplayPort as well as a CD for drivers and such. Also came with a cable holder for the stand. Power cable has a big block but not an issue to tuck it away. Plenty of picture modes and settings. Sadly no USB which would've been nice but the 3.5mm headphone jack is great for external speakers to be shared between inputs.

Fantastic SDR, Terrible HDR
The Good: The 8-bit FRC IPS panel is really well handled and produces stunning SDR performance. It's brighter than other IPS monitors I've used in the past but not by much. Freesync is a huge bonus. The Bad: The HDR. The panel lacks a true 10-bit panel so advertising HDR at 400 nits and 8-bit FRC doesn't come close to what a true HDR monitor can perform. Very good resolution
No flaws or problems with the monitor. It has two HDMIs so thats very helpful. I use it for a ps4 and it works perfectly.

Developed a column of dead pixels after 4 months
Like other reviewers, I've now been struck with an entire column of dead pixels that runs the entire height of the screen after a few months of use (roughly 900 hours of use). Faulty cables are not to blame, since the problem occurs with both the display port as well as HDMI.

Good quality but came with some physical flaws
I was concerned about the display quality coming from a 5k iMac and retina MBP but this looks great in person. The only things that bother me are the top two corners seem to have some air bubbles of some sort under them (see photos attached). I'm almost positive there is no protective film on it from the factory for shipment quality purposes. This is definitely a bummer given the price point of this monitor. Also the main mechanism that locks into the screen from the stand has some play if moved around which can be unsettling - it doesn't feel as strong as it should.

Usb ports useless
Good image quality. The downside is that USB ports only transmit 30mbs. A speed almost useless. They work to charge the cell phone. The macbook pro 15 needs 85w to charge, this monitor only provides 60w and sometimes the load is not correct when the computer processes a lot.

Great Monitor
Best monitor Ive had. Had to wait a few weeks but it was worth it. After it came in ordered 2018 Mac mini with I7 from B&H. I works great with this monitor. Menus are very easy to navigate. I havent changed anything since it looks so good out of the box.

versatile monitor
This monitor has three input ports and I use all three. One for a Roku, one for a computer and the other for another computer (macOS high sierra 4K). It is easy to switch between inputs with the joy stick type button on the bottom center of the display. Awesome display but few little notes
The display is just awesome. sharp, accurate and live colors (I am designer. My previous monitor was EIZO EV2336). Few little notes: 1. The monitor cannot swivel at all. You have to move it with its stand, which is not comfort. 2. You cannot turn the monitor down to the stand. It stays high. 3. I would happy if the monitor had speakers. Last word, I would buy it again.

27 4K HDR Monitor
Bought this 4k LG monitor for over a month now. Come out from the box, the monitor is packaged in a very thick foam to cover both sides of monitor. Unlike other 27in monitor that I bought, it was packaged in a flimsy foam that cover only 4 corners and it was DOA when I got it. The monitor is the best IMO. It is very bright and the text is extremely crisp and clear even at the small font. I used it exclusively for Photoshop Lightroom and the sRGB color is excellent. I have experience with Dell and HP, I think this one will beat any of them.

Amazing monitor
Coming from iMac 5k user, I was afraid that I will not be satisfied with colors or the fact that is a mat display but I was wrong... colors is amazing and accurate, and because its mat finish it reflect way less than the iMac display which is advantage. This is a perfect companion for MacBook Pro (1 cable for all)... the only downside is you cannot control the monitor through your Mac (audio/brightness level can only be adjusted from the monitor).

Does not work well with Macbook Pro
You can not control the Volume or the Brightness from your keyboard on the Macbook Pro. I have the 2018 13 inch but I am sure this issue exists with all Macbook Pros. Its very inconvenient to change these levels under the screen itself. But how would Apple sell their 5K LG display foe $1,200, if this 850 did all that the Apple display could. Haha.

Works great, just dont install any macOS drivers
Monitor worked well. I saw that there may be drivers that allowed better on screen controls. I installed macOS drivers and my mac failed to boot. After I removed the drivers that were installed, my mac booted fine again.

Failed in Two Months
The display is beautiful, but after two months of use I randomly see vertical lines of false color that obscure the information on the display. LGs only option is to send the unit in for repair with a 20 business day turn around, including shipping. Thats one month!

Best for Console Gaming
I use this product for the past two weeks for 8-10 hours throughout the day. I recommend for people looking for an Xbox One X gaming monitor that this is a perfect choice from color profiles to stereo speakers for this model. I choose the 850 over the 650 because of it having USB Ports and a speaker. I recommend this because of the price and it being such a great monitor. 4k 60fps on the one x looks better than a 1080 tv. Best display for the money
Excellent display right out of the box. Very bright and clear. Has a lot of settings so you can please yourself. Stand is good but not great. Doesnt swivel and it could be sturdier.....but, in fact it is quite satisfactory. Only real criticism is the lack of even one USB port on the back of the display. Very happy with this display.

Amazing Display and Clarity.
I use this monitor with my Apple TV and its impeccable. Supports full 4K, HD HDR saturation is hard to watch but the SD is amazing. I have no reservations recommending this monitor highly.

A great monitor with a small flaw.
This is a great monitor. I use it with my Lenovo Thinkpad T460 and a docking station. The monitor is set to its native resolution and Windows to 250% scaling. (I have old eyes.) I use a UPS for the dock and monitor that is turned off each night and I like that the monitor turns on as soon as power is applied even though it has a soft power switch. My only complaint is that there is more bleed through in the absence of a signal than I think it should have, but when the image is on the screen this is not noticeable.

Looks and plays amazing !!
My First time using a monitor ,, after many weeks of research I landed on this LG , The main purpose I use this monitor is For gaming on Xbox x ,, 4K and 60hz is perfect for console gaming , only issue I have Is when you play a HDR game your custom pre sets will not go into effect, it automatically go to HDR mode witch has little Adjustments, , love it recommend to any console gamers
