Great for gaming, not videos
I bought this to replace my old Xonar Essence STX that I'd had for ages. I stuck with Asus because I was accustomed with their software so I knew what to expect from this device regarding sound quality. great sound!
With the laptop works fine (windows 10 pro. 64 bit ). Also included coaxial to optical cable converter. Sound is powerful and clear! True 5.1 channel support ( 7.1 hasn't test yet). The movies sound is nice too! Microphone not tested yet..
