Stick it in your ear!
These foam sleeves really are essential for my shure SE-215's performance. The ear sleeves them selves are very easy to install and replace the old, worn out sleeves that came with my in ear monitors. As soon as I place them in my ear, nearly all outside ambient noises are eliminated from my earscope and that allows by shure's to deliver the sound the way that they are made to. I recomend these over other foam sleeves because they are OEM and very easy to clean when needed.

The best foamies for IEMs available.
I've used Comply foamies and I have to say that the Shure Black Foam Sleeves (better known as a Shure Black Olives), are phenomenal. They are cost efficient, and actually washable and durable to last you months, rather than the mere weeks provided by Comply foamies. These Shure Olives are compatible with both Westone products and Etymotic products. I use it on the ER-4S and W4 and I get amazing comfort and isolation from them.

Shure Foam Earbud Replacements
Almost 100% of use is at work hooked up to a laptop or during exercise. Excellent noise reduction and great bass/mid response which is usually lacking in other standard headphones. These are extremely durable, especially when compared to the Bose in-ear headphones. The wires are strong and ready for action. These replacements are great and bring back that nose reduction that I lost when the old sleeves got worn out.

best foam tips
I use them on Etymotic hf series headphones. They are a better sound seal than any others, comfortable for extended use, and pliable even in cold weather. If using these with Etymotics, they will insert deeper than with stock sleeves, so be careful pulling the earphones out not to put stress on the cables.

Good Replacements
These are excellent replacement foam sleeves for the E series (starting at E3C/G's and up). I've used them and are they of great quality.
