Best all-around location mic!
I use the K6 system mounted on camera, or on a boom for location video work, and on a stand with ZOOM recorder for audio interviews and other mono field audio for video. This system is solid, crisp and very flexible. I switch between the cardioid and hypercardioid capsules depending on the application. Either with foam or Rycote wind protection as needed. Economical, flexible all around great location mic system.

Works great!
I used this product on a associate shoot and realized it would be a perfect kit for when I do one man band interviews.I'm very happy with the purchase and with the quality of the product.

good stuff
a great on-board mike for my 5d markiii. needs a converter bc the camera does not have xlr but theyre cheap and good lengths. sound quality is good with good bass.

Must Have
I'm not sure how you can use ME66 with out this item. It makes the mic a bit long, but it can still be used on a video camera and not get in the way.

Just incredible piece
This microphone has been the best purchase ever! I had a Rode NKG-2 and after a year and a hlaf the XLR connector begaun to pull out of the bottom. Then on it's final shoot upon disconnecting it, the wires pulled from the mic...and it ahsn't worked since. With this one having a seperate module for the battery I don't foresee this happening. not to mention the different sounds I am able to pick up on, and the extremely good clarity it provides. The Rode couldn't come close.

Sensitive!
I've only tested this out yet, but so far, I am very happy. It is very sensitive and allows me to turn down my audio gain on my camera and still pick up a clear sound. I'm not very familiar with audio, so I don't know how qualified I am to recommend this to someone else.. but so far, it is working great.
