We are very pleased with our new 50" Samsung TV. The picture quality is brilliant as is the sound. It makes watching all the films a real experience. There are also lots of wee extra's that we hadn't bargained for like having GoogleTV so's you can buy TV shows made in America that haven't played on British TV such as Succession. That was a bonus! I am sure we will discover other things. The panel board is very easy to use and Netflix plays wee trailers automatically which is good. We love it!

Samsung 50in
Overall a good product. The quality of video is amazing however the sound quality is quite poor such that I am thinking of buying a sound bar. It works with Alexa although just for turn on and off. Bixby is also great although it does not listen continuously but only when you press a button on the remote. The universal guide is an important idea but it does not work with all the app you have, i.e. if you have now TV or BBC player you cannot see their offer under the universal guide.

Great value 4K TV
For someone on a budget this is a great buy when looking to upgrade from a smaller 1080p TV up to 4K. Samsung’s interface is very easy to get used to and connects up to your cable box nicely allowing you to change to live tv without needing to change your HDMI input. It has all the apps you’d expect and need, with a bonus of Apple TV. Again the picture quality is a nice upgrade from 1080p, and the sound is fine but not great. I may invest in an inexpensive sound bar soon.

Big step up in big upgrade
Upgrading from a 40" TV, the sheer size difference is the first thing you'll notice - it's huge! Excellent image quality (go through the picture settings to tweak to how you prefer) and the audio is way better than predecessor (thought my audio was coming from the soundbar). I love the cable routing behind the TV! Shame it's still only supporting x3 HDMI ports, would liked to have x4. Regardless, this is perfect for the living room or any room should you have the space.

great tv easy to set up but.....
Great TV far out strips the 3 year old LG we had (packed up) easy to set up and connect to internet, fire stick etc, but it took me ages (very awkward to please) to get all of the settings right, there are dozens of combinations but once Id got the picture sorted it was a brilliant picture, Sound? get a sound bar, the sound is not as good quality as the picture out of 5 stars I`d say 4.5 if the sound was better then five stars.

Looks stylish
When we opened the tv we were missing 4 screws for the base after doing a chat online with Argos I was informed they couldn't get spares and to go back to store however the store didn't have another so contacted samsung who after receiving proof of purchase sent the screws within 3 days so all good happy with the tv looks really stylish good sound and picture. Didn't give 5 star's because of the inconvenience with the screws.

Tv looks nice
TV looks very nice and is very good. Although WIFI connection is a joke. Connected for about 2hrs then wouldnt connect again. Now connected via ethernet cable, seems to be the norm with Samsung TVs. Rest of TV is very good. Picture can be a bit ropey if you're not watching HD channels but i guess thems the breaks. All in all, quite happy with my TV.

Sam-songs of praise!
This is our 6th "smart" tv in as many years, and so far, is without doubt, The best we've had so far. The picture, sound and colour clarity are excellent. My only minor gripe is that it has no Freeplay menu button for shortcuts, but the various channel apps mean that you can play catch-up programmes anyway. Very easy to set-up.

Excellent tv.
Great picture quality and bags of features. Bit of a problem with the sound when playing through the cable box, tried all the options on the cable box but still not satisfied. I don’t think it’s the TV as everything else is fine sound wise. So I’m going to contact the cable company.

Things have moved on
I recently purchased this television to replace my 1080P Samsung. I am very impressed by the picture enhancements. Also the interface has become a whole lot smarter, the connectivity with my other devices was seamless. Overall I have been very impressed. Also the reasonable price helps.

Super Samsung
Excellent TV,pretty decent sound for a flatscreen and good picture quality which does fade for anyone watching at an angle. I use Bluetooth headphones as I live in a flat,no probs with that but no provision for a 3.5mm so wired headphones are out,all round good value for money telly.

Gets a justifiable 5 star review from What Hi-Fi - excellent picture for this price point, fast response when selecting programme guide, record to USB works well and you can record another programme whilst watching a recorded one. Like most flatscreens, sound is average

Highly recommended
Hard to imagine that TVs get much better than this for the money. Fantastic picture, very good sound for a flat screen, slim profile, easy set-up and a doddle to use. My only criticism is that the correct bolts for wall mounting aren't included.

I thought my 43'' UHD Samsung was good but this is even better!Picture,even non HD channels is very good.Great price!not as many sound settings as i'd have liked(3) but just turn it up.Overall a great tv.

A great tv, easy to set up, has a great picture.I use a sound bar which is great. The connectivity is really good and easy to navigate.Out of the many similar tv’s ive had this is the best.

Delighted with this Smart TV
Easy to set up with a wide range of apps. Only ones missing for me are Amazon Music and Now TV so I use the Spotify app instead and a Now TV box. The picture and sound quality is excellent.

Good to for the price. Make one of the top sellers. Easy to set up yourself unless you want to pay £40 for someone to screw your stand on for you. Set up of tv so easy a child could do it.
