Great TV, Great Value
Great TV at a greater value. Replacement for my previous 4K UHD tv which I paid £400 for 3 years ago which went faulty just before christmas eve, an absolute pain in the rear end and the last thing I would want to replace before the big festive day. Managed to pick up my new LG 4k UHD after reserving it immediately which I am ever so thankful for. Saved my life, saved my neck, and stopped the wife moaning in my ear because she can't watch the christmas episode of Coronation Street or Emmerdale

Very dark and unpleasant picture
Unfortunately worst TV I've ever purchased. Picture is very dark and impossible to set up in any mode to have decent picture. I've tried literally everything for 10 days to get in any of 8 modes that TV has, humane faces and nature with right colours. That is impossible. On modes where nature have realistic colours humane faces was too pale, greenish, like walking deads. On modes where humane faces had realistic skin color, nature was yellowish, unimpressive, colorless. Changed for Sony.

Poor TV
The TV had no manual in the box, I think it had been pre sold, once set up and tuned the picture and sound were excellent, however after being turned off the HD channels and some other freeview channels had disappeared, this happened 7 days over 5 days. Also when switching to BT box you have to go to Source and move to the selection, any other I have had just switches to the BT box automatically. I returned this TV and now have a Panasonic which is excellent

An excellent UHDTV
An excellent UHDTV At a very affordable price. We had the 55 inch for the lounge & got the 43 inch for the bedroom. They are proper HD 4K TVs with lots of Pixels and they look great. I got the second one as I like the menu system for the smart TV and it is easy to switch to Netflix or Now TV. It’s great to have all the streaming stuff in the TV and not need extra boxes. Also the energy consumption is reasonably good for these TVs. LG is a good way to go.

Get what you pay for
Was not impressed with this TV at all, I had to return it to the store and moan about how bad this was to get a refund. I wanted a 4K tv for my games room, my ps4 looked worse than what I’m used to on a old 1080p tv. My Xbox one x look good in 4K but not brilliant.. but the main issue I had was the very poor sound quality, it sounded very muffled like it was coming from next door. Think the best bet is to pay abit more money for better quality.

It's a TV...Nice Picture.
This is a good TV, has an excellent picture and the sound is not bad for "standard" inbuilt speakers. The price was fantastic. I can't give it the five star review because it is not a top end all singing and dancing model but at the price, it does everything you need. One issue is the supplied feet - if you have a limited width of TV cabinet, check or you will be buying an optional new stand which isn't a bad idea anyway.

Horrible remote.
Got this product as a replacement for another LG TV I had for over 7 years. The remote tainted the entire experience of the product. The battery cover keeps falling off within days. Every time I pick up the remote it keeps squeaking. Contact LG to report this, they didn't want to know as long it's working, even though it's slow to react. When it stop working I should call them again. Regret not choosing a Sony TV instead.

Go for a higher calibre
Please note...these 2019 models are HBBTV capable only on freeview. They will not receive MHEG freeview channels such as planet knowledge, ketchup, racing tv etc....basically any hybrid interactive channel on freeview, as LG have phased MHEG out of their new models. The picture quality on this particular set was no different to the very old tv that I bought this one to replace. I certainly would NOT recommend it.

Great TV with a minor issue
A fantastic TV with great quality picture and good sound quality for basic TV/movie viewing. One issue I did have was the two bottom feet to hold the TV up are quite wobbly, the manual says they need to be screwed into the bottom of the TV, however the screws that came with mine appear to be too short, and don't allow the stands to sit tightly, which with the slightest knock to the TV makes it wobble

Tv good, Internet connection bad
The picture quality is brilliant, sound brilliant, overall looks great. But we are having major issues with connecting it to our WiFi. Ordinarily I would blame our Internet quality, but when we turn the TV off and on again at the wall it connects fine. Then the next time we come to use it it won't connect. So must be something to do with the TV? I am going to have to contact LG which isn't ideal!

Good tv with plenty of features
We got a hitach tv which broke down within six months so swapped it for this one. This is a great tv that is brilliant value for money. For the price you get a lot and the remote has both a Netflix and amazon prime button which saves going into the tellys menu to switch them on. Sound is good, but weird to start but you get use. It’s uhd 4K as well so that’s good. All in all a good tv

LG 43 television
Very pleased with this television. I watch everything through Sky Q so it was very easy to set up. There are so many models that it was difficult choosing one but I had a little help from Which. There was a comment on the Which website about the sound not being the best but I don't agree. There are different settings and I found the one which suits me best. Love it!

Great value to price point
Excellent value for money, could do with decent instructions as to all the features. None in the box. The remote does not elude to all the features so you’re pretty much left to figure it as you go along but otherwise I’ve had no problems. You literally get the TV, remote, stand fixings and that’s it. Despite this I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Not an ideal TV
The design is okay but the major fault in the OS is that it doesn't recognise the file system of my external hard drive (2TB) so I have to format my hard drive to the desired file system required which is weird because I have a lot of stuff in my external hard drive and currently its useless for me. It should support all the file systems.

Fab smart tv...
Really pleased with our tv....great picture quality and sounds good too. Was easy to install utube and there are more options to add others too. Would be nice if it came with a usb for recording but that’s next on my list to buy. I’ve cancelled my EE box subscription as don’t see any benefit having that too. So please I bought this

Great TV easy to use
Having not upgraded my TV for over 17yrs, this is the first smart/hd/flat screen TV I have owned. Once I had brought all the correct new cables. It was simple to put together. It was really straightforward to connect to the Internet and sky box. It's so easy to use and the picture quality is amazing. Plus I can actually hear it. So bonus

My LG tv is awesome
What an awesome piece off kit it has a great picture and sound quality very easy to set up with good connectivity with all the usual apps you would want from your tv and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to upgrade or just to have a change because you’re tv has broken you won’t be disappointed with this purchase

Good 4ktv for gaming
Bought this tv for gaming.watched some 4k content which after adjustments in the settings looked good to.for the price its surprisingly good.sure oleds look more vivid but they cost at least 4-5 times as much.using xbox one x red dead 2 and forza horizon 4 look stunning.i would recommend this tv for mainly gaming purposes.

4K UHD
Great tv with practically all the apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as other Web based apps built into the tv. Hassle free set up, easy to navigate and timeless design make this a very good buy. If you’re looking to upgrade this tv fits the bill and is without a doubt reasonably priced

It performs we'll, clear picture great value for m
It does what it should do well enough Im using it inthe bedroom for occasional or secondary viewing and i can live with the sound being a bit woolly, may need a little tweaking but it's ok. The picture though is excellent for any room and currently applying eco mode which isn't giving any problems.

Great product and versatility
Bought this to replace an old one in the spare room. I have got the big brother to this in another room. Have to say it is easy to set up and connection to Internet is great. Plays all my media files just fine with no lag at all. Been using it to watch some 4k stuff and deals with it fine.

TV was recommended, amazing TV!
The TV i was originally looking at was out of stock after i had discovered after being helped by the online help chat! But they recommended another TV to me, and this TV was it and will not disappoint in quality! Thank you guys perfect for our new home and would reccomend to other happily.

Great TV for the price.
Very happy with purchase. Great picture quality. Sound is tinny but I think it’s the case with most cheaper TV’s. We invested in a sound bar. Very useful short cuts on the remote. Only other issue is too many updates happen with these TV’s that are permanently connected to the internet.

Very pleased with my new larger TV
Ordered a new LG 43 inch Smart TV from Argos. Was concerned as it was larger than my old set, but I could not be happier. I ordered on line one evening and it was collected the next day and set up very easily. Fantastic service, I would certainly recommend both the TV and Argos.
