LG 13.3 gram Laptop (Dark Silver)

Largely happy with this upgrade from an older Dell Inspiron. I added an M.2 stick so I could locally store my music; that process could have been easier. The screws are hidden under various removable tabs and discs, most of which I damaged in trying to open this up. But the laptop is fast, bright, quiet, light, and doesn't get very hot. The plastic material feels a little cheap when compared to the aluminum of my Inspiron, though.

I wanted the lightest full service laptop and I found it
The Gram 13.3 delivers on every level. It is sturdy, great screen, nice keyboard and weighs 2 lbs! If you're like me and the weight you carry is very important, this is the answer. I almost bought the small MacBook that also weighed 2 lbs, but kept waiting for a refresh. Instead of a refresh, Apple dumped it.

Replacement for aging surface pro
This laptop is lighter and only slightly larger than my surface pro. Much better keyboard with the exception of the power button being too close to the delete key. (Good thing, it does not power down if I press it in error). I love the USB/Thunderbolt connector as an alternate power supply.

A lemon!
It constantly crashed from the very first day! My brother, an IT specialist by profession, could not help. Nor can the support people at LG help. I had to send it in for repair, and am still waiting to get it back!!!! Extremely disappointed!!!

Outstanding Notebook
The LG Gram is a terrific notebook PC. Light weight and all the necessary ports. It is fast and responsive with an excellent screen. I would definitely purchase this again.
