First printhead failed. Easily returned to B&H and replaced. Second one works perfectly. They made it right! Thank you B & H.

It prints, after changing printer heads banding is gone away. I use non-hp inks (a continuous ink flow system), and seems to work well with the inks I have. I ruined my previous printhead with bad ink--the ink is replaced with a high quality supplier and works great with the new printhead.
