Excellent value soundbar
Its a bit chunkier than I expected and the bright green power light is a bit off-putting. Aside from that, the sound is good and clear, it was extremely easy to set up and no issues with bluetooth connection.I can't imagine you'd find a better soundbar for this price. Excellent value!

Didn't help with my deafness
Needed helpline to get it working plus they had to send me another lead as one provided didn't work. Then it was wrong fitting so had to use 1 of mine. Sound was a little better but with my poor hearing it didn't make it clear enough to improve hearing sound but may be ok for others.

When I got home I found that it Didn’t work
I got the item home and opened it only to find that it had already been opened before and resealed the item didn’t work and I had to go back the shop to find out they had no more ? Was then told to go to another shop about 3-5 miles away luckily that one was brand new and works fine

Set this set up in the kitchen and works well
Great product that has met our requirements. We wanted to create some same in the kitchen so we moved out the PC which we used for playing our music. We now have this link to the soundbar which is fitted on the kitchen wall freeing up worktop space. Great product and highly recommend.

Brilliant soudbar for price
Looked at several of similar soundbars on other sites but nobody could beat Argos price and availability It was so easy to set up and we are very pleased with the improvement in our TV sound quality I would recommend this soundbar and Argos price if you are thinking of getting one

a must for new flat screen tv
new tv sound are poor these sound bars give nice sound at a good price,got the volume to work with my tv remote as the remote with the sound bar is very small and could be lost or damaged,i find argos service ace even on returns,good value for money would suit most eardrums tony

That's Better!
Our main TV in the lounge as always had quite a poor volume and our hearing is not as good as it once was so a sound bar sounded like a good idea. I'm so glad we bought this sound bar. It has improved the audio on our TV making it a pleasure to watch. Very good value for money too.

Fabulous for the price
I was a bit unsure about this as it is quite cheap and my hubby would never normally buy cheap gadgets. However he was thrilled by it and super easy to set up. I bought the optical cable after reading reviews but it didnt work also it broken. However they sound is great without it.

What`s in the box? You get remote control, mains adapter, 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable (to connect to TV headphone socket), 3.5mm to RCA stereo audio cable, Instruction manual. Sound is good watching TV & DVDs. I`m glad I bought this product. Good entry level sound bar. Good price.

My Fab Sound Bar
Hitachi Sound blaster how surprised i was when i turned on the sound bar it was so power full i had to run to grab the remote before i had complaints from neighbours good deep sound and very easy to use would definitely recommend and for the price it was you just can't go wrong

Richer sounds
I wasn't happy with the quality of sound from my new TV set and thought a soundbar may improve on it. It does and now I have a 'more round' / richer sound that my old set had. If I had bought a high end bar the sound would have been better still, but this is good enough for now!

Surprisingly good for the price
I can recommend this soundbar as it has very good sound quality for the relatively low price and really made a difference to the sound from my TV which had been a bit hard edged for music and films. Now it has a much richer fuller sound and films and music programmes sound great.

Sound Bar Delight
This sound bar appealed to me as it was a quality brand and half the price of another brand, it had the technical excellence that more than compared to other items and I set it up in about 10 minutes, I like the sound enhancement that it gives me when listening to films or music

Meh...120 What?
Unfortunately the sound was not as loud as expected . Hitachi 120W!! What does that even mean?? The remote is annoyingly smaller than a credit card and way too easy to misplace. This sounbar did not enhance my viewing experience so returned it for a better one (and cheaper too).

Easy to install
Decided to buy this sound bar as was having difficulties with the sound quality through our tv. Constantly having problems trying to hear the dialogue with actors mumbling. So much better even on a low setting, sound much clearer. Very happy with our purchase. Fitted in minutes.

Took it back
All I will say is that my TV sounded better than this sound bar. I took it back and bought an LG one. Sounds much better for a few extra quid. You definitely get what you pay for and to be fair it is very cheap. It didn't offer me any improvement so I exchanged it the next day.

Excellent product
It was very easy to set up; also it is childishly easy to operate. For the size of the device, it gives a good kick. The beauty of it is that it can be controlled by one's mobile blue tooth device. The only downside would be I guess lack of equalizer (bass boost). For me 9/10.

The perfect sound bar, great quality for the price
This is a great sound bar that has an easy set up producing great quality sound. With Bluetooth as well it has many purposes so can act as a speaker too. It’s a great fit infront of the TV but would be a better fit if it was on the wall. I would really recommended this item!

Decent sound bar for a small amount of money.
The sound bar has a great sound quality for an average size living room. I'm not disappointed of my purchase, however there's a few areas of improvements: Higher range for the remote. Bluetooth doesn't connect automatically sometimes. No lcd screen to know the sound mode.

Can now hear my television much better
Before using the Sound Bar both my wife and myself who are hard of hearing had difficulty hearing our television ( especially films). Since using the Sound Bar the dialogue is a lot clearer and the volume much louder. Would recommend this to anyone who has hearing problems .

Good quality sound at a decent price!
Great sound quality on this unit, and a range of inputs such as SPDIF, 3.5mm and Bluetooth. My only major issue is that it will shut itself off after a number of minutes with no audio which can be annoying, but obviously a power saving feature. Can't go wrong for the price!

Fowl something that is meant throw out 120w have to say I am lucky if it gives out 40w. Also using the Bluetooth it has a tendency to turn off after 20minutes as if on a timer.. it isn't the device that is sending either... its a shame as Hitachi usually do good sound gear..

Very good for the price.
The speaker was exactly what I was looking for. The sound is great, ideal for playing games and watching tv. I'd have given it 5 stars but I feel personally I'd like it to go louder with music, it does go loud but I feel it doesn't have the bass which a stereo can produce.

Nice slim looking soundbar
Excellent value for money. Perfect for moving around house with you to connect to Bluetooth device if your cleaning etc . Sounds brilliant for inexpensive piece of equipment. Nice looking and definitely not cheap looking. Excellent purchase DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Thank you.
