Kids love it!!
Excellent and aesthetically pleasing product. The kids will spend all day talking to it but put it in their rooms or it will annoy you with the questions they will ask it!!

Fab little gadet
what a fabulous little gadget for accessing the internet for information and music. We love it as a family and use all the time in our kitchen. We are even investing in another one for our daughter.

Love it
Fantastic speaker for music... better than my stereo. She knows pretty much everything and when not playing music can hear you from upstairs when she's in the kitchen (as you can tell she is a female and is now a chatty part of the family) when she's playing music on MAX she can't hear you talking to her but that's the only downside. She makes calls, answers questions, looks good and plays music. Does the same as the other models that are 5x more money. Recommend her

So easy to use -
I have three around the house. and with a disabled person being resident it is so easy to ask Google to telephone any number without lifting a finger and more importantly NO CHARGE - FREE!

Great device
Smart devices are increasingly becoming a must have. Google home mini is great if you have an Android phone and want to do basics: listen to music, set timer and alarms, find your phone or play something on Netflix, to more complex tasks if you have moresmart home elements. Great entry into making your house smarter!

Great first addition to home automation
Works great and answers most questions. be aware you do need to have paid subscriptions if you want to make full use of it i.e. music etc.

Google home was good when it connected to wifi
If it would connect to WiFi it would be good. When it connected it was great but it kept disconnecting. My phone never lost WiFi connection

Google home mini for the kitchen
Got our eldest one for his birthday, when it was on offer, which is in the dining room for us all to use(!) and loved it so much got another one for the kitchen, again when it was on offer. Simple to set up and link to other google home devices. The software has already been updated so you can now make calls from it. I'm sure there's going to be many more simple tasks made even simpler just by stating 'hey google'.

The sound quality from this speaker is very good, it understands nearly everything you say and I already have a couple in my home which plays music throughout at the same time.

Good addition to the home
Great for listening to music, radio and podcasts - the speaker provides ample sound for such a small device. Linked up to Chromecast it is great for playing videos on the tv too. Very useful for day to day time management with the ability to set alarms, check your calendar and create lists - all of which can be checked on your phone once you leave the house. With a whole host of other features (trivia, games, smart bulb/plug operation) you can't really go wrong.

Little sister loves her birthday gift
The Mini is great! More affordable than the larger Home model, however the sound quality is just as good, little sister really enjoys using hers as a speaker for listening to music, asking questions for help with her homework etc. I would definitely recommend buying one as they are very useful, even for things like home automation!

Wonderful! Better than Amazon Echo Dot
I love my Google Home Mini. It has the full power of Google for searches and information. And it’s a lot more useful to me than Amazon’s Echo Dot, particularly when used with a Chromecast as you can play music and movies on it just by asking Google Home for it. Simply amazing.

Google Home Mini makes life a little bit easier
This is the way ahead. Ask it questions on just about anything from local questions - what is the temperature? What time is it? what's the weather forecast etc. Or ask it questions that previously you would have had to turn to a book or specialist. AND as and when you bring into your life smart gadgets or Apps you can control your lights, listen to music or the radio, switch your tv on or off just by asking it and so much more. AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!

Great Helper
Responds well overall to general queries and can read and summarise the news, conveniently. Lots to learn and be fascinated by, pleasingly, which makes the Google Home Mini perfect as an assistant for countdowns, a knowledge provider, and other assistant-type tasks.

Great wee unit
Straight forward enough connection to my phone. Pretty much ask it anything and will give you news headlines and weather report when asked. Only criticism is having to download an app onto my phone for music. Spotify in this case. You can create a personal list of music but Goggle Mini won't play it as you must have a Premium version of Spotify. Ask it to play a certain song, it won't, again Premium needed. It will however play music LIKE what you've asked for which can be a hit or a miss.
