Responds well overall to general queries and can read and summarise the news, conveniently. Lots to learn and be fascinated by, pleasingly, which makes the Google Home Mini perfect as an assistant for countdowns, a knowledge provider, and other assistant-type tasks.

Great little device
Another great Google device at a great price. Just using it as an additional voice interface. This is my 3rd Google Home mini and I also have a full sized Google Home. Really easy to use and setup and incredibly intuitive. Not bad sound for it's size and price and far better than many more expensive and less features devices. The Google Home app allows you to easily interface with thousands of devices and has made home automation massively easy and affordable.

For my birthday
My son bought me this for my birthday and I was amazed as soon as it came on. It does lots that I didnt expect like turning on a kettle my heating and changing channel on the tv. It did speak out with information I had no idea at bedtime such as mc pillow and dj duvet. I would buy one for another room but not at full price.

The Google home is a fantastic little device.
It's great to sit and play quiz games with the family rather than everyone sitting on either computers or mobile phones and not talking.

Great value for money!
I already have the large one in my dining room and I'm really pleased with it. The smaller one looks neat and the sound quality is more than adequate - well recommended!

Great little item.

Great gadget, very useful and can do so much more
Brilliant little gadget with great voice recognition, easy to set up. Can connect google chrome, Spotify to it. Also can control lights (when you get a WiFi light bulb) the sound quality is great aswell as it’s a real speaker

Google Home Mini is fabulous!
Bought the Google Home Mini for my Mam for Mother’s day and it is fantastic! She absolutely loves it! It was so easy to set up and use, it plays all her music and even controls the smart TV (with chrome cast) The speaker is very good quality for such a small device! Very impressed and will be buying one for myself in the near future!

Great but wireless would make it even better!
The product itself is great. I love the way it learns what you're interested it and what time of music you enjoy. My only problem with it is that it has to be plugged in for it to work. It's not that much of an issue but it would be great if it was wireless.

Brilliant item
We bought 2 of these and are contemplating on buying another 2 The items are great, took a little while to figure out but once they are set up your away we have 2 and can send a message from 1 room to the other play music on 1 but command it from the other and now even make a phone call through them which is amazing

Great addition to Google Home!
Google mini dies everything Google home does, thesoesk is not a sound but still more then adequate. It comes into its own wheh you set up a Home Group, you can listen to music simultaneously on both devices and still ask each device questions.

looks good sounds good but not good
needs android to set up, more down loading which I was unable to access to do anything. as I could not find the correct apps. wasted 2 days looking for them which I never found.

Hey Google Your Fab!
I love this little gadget. It tells me jokes, reminds me of my day. Tells me riddles, plays music you can even make a telephone call. It reads out the news. It won't make coffee or do a physical task but when it comes to being a good online pal, Google is your woman. Hey Google..... Thank you!

Amazingly versatile little devices
Great little devices, currently have two and find them very useful. Currently controlling my lights, heating, TVs and multi room audio using a few of them. Sound isn’t amazing but they work well in conjunction with larger chromecast enabled speakers or chromecast TVs.

Great little smart speaker !
I already own three Sony Smart Speakers (the larger Google Home equivalents) but I wanted a couple of the Mini versions for everyday use in smaller rooms, where I don't play music, so this was the natural choice. Firstly I was totally amazed by the sound quality, the sound definitely was a LOT better than you would expect from a speaker this size and in a small room this certainly would be good enough for speech or music, thus saving a fortune on the larger versions.
