Securely and comfortably fit my ears
#1 the in-ears are the best pair of headphones I've ever owned/used. #2 Shure replaced my origanal pair when the wire went bad. I've owned these for 12 years. Mainly using the original foam pieces these little PA752M really hold up. They are not throw aways. I'm sure they have to recommend you don't wash (just the) foam (not the in ears), but I do. Great for bicyclists listening on a ride
I do long bicycle rides listening to tunes on my iPhone. I have Shure earbuds and these are replacements for the supplied foam isolating earpieces. Only hear the music, no wind whooshing.

Foam Sleeves
I'm a marathon runner and also like listening to music when I run. On long runs sweat can get in the ear canal and make the music unlistenable. These are the best in ear sleeves that keep moisture out. I like them after a few uses as they are kind of large for my ear canal at first but soon fit perfectly. For those trying them out, give it a few days. They last for about 2 months (but that's with me running with them...for normal people it will last much longer)
