Awesome perfect sound
I have found these ear phones to be perfect in sound quality, providing a perfect balance between bass, mid range and high notes. This is by far the best brand, although a apple lighting connection would be helpful.

using as headset for softphone
I'm using the headphones as headset for phone calls, the sound quality is good, the mic pics up well and it comes with a nice little stow away purse. The 90° angle of the plug is really uncomfortable to use and makes it harder to plug and unplug. Otherwise happy with the product.

Great product and great service
The staff in store were friendly, smiley and in good humour: I actually enjoyed shopping in store more than online. Great product! I'm a music producer and am highly critical of sound qaulity, these headphones are exceptional for their price and size.

Steady Sennheiser
Had many Sennheiser earphones over the years and they have always been reliable. The sound on these isn't the best I've had and sometimes, as with many makes, not as robust as would be ideal. But that's the great thing about the Argos extra cover as earphones almost guaranteed to break inside 2 years so you get a free replacement. Nice.

Top quality sound
I'm no audiophile, but for the average listener, this headphones provides a top quality audio experience. It's a shame smartphone manufacturers are drastically phasing out the headphone jack.

Poor sound quality
Bought this to replace an old CX300 headphone that has been discontinued. Sound quality is night and day. This one sounds similar to a $5 cheap earbuds from the dollar store. Very deceiving for Sennheiser to use similar model name to push a low end product milking their brand name
