Redrock Micro ultraBase DSLR

The idea is good but some bad surprises

I own to my satisfaction many other items from Redrock Micro for either my tripod or shoulder rig for DSLR, 4 Redrock various base plates and a very good Redrock Micro follow focus. But this time, Redrock Micro did not released such a good product. One of the Redrock 15mm rods does not go easily inside its hole, there is some slack between the cage and the baseplate. Hey,this should not happen, the space to welcome the cage is not at the proper d... Show Moreimension, and then causes the slack. It is an issue if you rely on the top handle to carry your rig. I had one of the first numbers to get out from factory...but should this happen in a company which normally manufactures good stuff ?Show Less
