Well upgraded to this TV from a 5 year old Sony android. Well the picture on digital antenna broadcasts is poor no matter what settings it does not compete compared to the Sony and yes I have tinkered with the settings. However stream 4k to it and it is a different story not a bad picture at all matching the older Sony for quality . it comes feature packed Dolby Atmos and vision capable hdr something my older unit did not but sacrifices standard viewing, size and features for the price are ok

OUTSTANDING TV FOR THE MONEY
After viewing TV's online and in stores over the last few weeks we purchased this latest Philips 50PUS7338 for it's modern looks and technical specs, we are extremely pleased with it. Added to this a friend tells me that T3 magazine has just given it a 2019 award for "BEST TV UNDER £1,000 Philips 7334". We love the silver painted metal bezel and the hefty metal stand, which allows the screen to be rotated. The picture is excellent as is the sound and Bluetooth. Highly recommended.

Looks and functions well
Cons - the picture and sound are not as pristine as my old Panasonic LCD TV (which we have kept for elsewhere in the home) but that said it's only my comparison and doesn't mean the quality of this TV isn't great. - the colours are compromised the further away you are and if you are looking at it on an angle. Pros - Nice slim, lightweight TV. - big screen - The sound can be enhanced with a sound bar. - easy to programme things like PS and TV Box etc to HDMI settings

Very good product
I love this TV, everything is working well. The ambilight is amazing, you can watch for hours in the dark and don't get your eyes tired. I m using wireless connection for internet and all the programs are running without lag. I picked it up from a Sainsbury store the next day after I ordered it wich was very convenient.

The TV is fast and responsive as it has android 9.0 and a quick processor. The display is crystal clear and beautiful. The ambilight is very nice to have as well. As for cons, the internet browser is a bit slow, however you can solve this by installing Puffin Browser from the play store. All in all, this TV is a 5/5.

Fast smart TV
Like all modern slim TVs, the sound on this tv needs help but otherwise this is a great product. The hi light is the connectivity to apps and subscription services (Netflix etc). Moving from Satellite to terrestrial to internet is instant with a great picture from all.

Good looking and fabulous ambilight
Awesome TV, as an upgrade from a past philips ambilight tv which was 12 years old. picture quality is great and superb value for moneye compared to higher numbered units. Sound is not na issue to me as i connect this TV through a surround sound system in my living room.

Wow, The picture is so sharp
Wow , i cant believe how clear , sharp the picture is . My old tv was good ..so i thought ..i absolutely love the ambient light and has everything you want in a smart tv...After loads of research, i am very happy and confident this was an excellent purchase
