Picture quality is outstanding. Sound quality is very good. The really good thing is the ambient lightening. Gives movies a better feel and experience. Price is totally worth it as I’ve paid a lot more for less in the past.

Beautiful television. Sound ok but better to use a sound bar. Superb price. Recomend the use of straps to stop it getting knocked over by pets!!!

Top purchase, can’t really fault the tv. Marked the sound down slightly as maybe doesn’t have quite as much bass as I’d have thought, but maybe with a bit more messing I could get it closer. The ambilight is great, wouldn't want to get one without again, and the picture is superb. Great price for what it is too.

TV looks amazing, the ambilight is amazing
Ambilight makes it more cinematic, TV size if perfect, picture quality is amazing. Sound is the only flaw but added a speaker and now it's perfect. Can't fault this TV for the price. Would buy again and would recommend to friends and family.

TV Light Show
Fabulous product. Loads of settings to pander to everyone's taste. The Amberlight effect really does enhance the picture and sets the mood. Easy to set up via wireless connection to my hub. The 4K HDR is fantastic. Watched football and I could have been sitting in the ground, the effect is that good. Programmes look like they are being shown in real time.

Fantastic tv - picture and sound is superb
Amazing tv, the sound is excellent (tv’s usually require sound-bars due to the positioning of the speakers in order to make them sound good) however this tv is excellent without the sound bar. Picture quality is excellent. Ambilight feature is very pleasing looking. Highly recommend this tv

Great Tv no issues for me
The tv is great. Love the lights behind. You can tell when the picture is HD and I would suggest HD as a minimum. 4K sport is incredible

Looks good, made shoddily
The Ac cable does not stay in the power slot which means the tv turns off regularly, which is frustrating. All you have to do is move the tv an inch and the wire pops out. Considered taking it back because of this. Also the tv comes with protective plastic around the black frame, which when you peel off, leaves marks all over it which are noticeable. I have tried to wipe off with wipes etc. To no avail. Would not recommend

The only reason the sound quality doesn't have 5 stars is because we use the Philips sound bar otherwise full marks. Brilliant bit of kit

What more to expect from a TV?
It's a great TV for the price and what separates it from numerous others is the ambilight (back-light) feature. I've noticed that my games run much smoother, though I've only connected a Nintendo Switch to it so unfortunately can't comment so much on the 4K side. Though a few videos via YouTube and Netflix proves it's of great quality and has good viewing angles.

Great picture but VERY GLITCHY UI
It’s a great TV for picture quality and and ambilight functionality is stunning, it really enhances the experience of watching films & playing UHD games.... BUT... The UI/software is beyond terrible. Philips have REALLY messed up with the software on this TV. The default apps are junk & some don’t work, you can’t change them either, but the most infuriating feature is how long it takes to switch sources. 5-10 secs to change input & usually it doesn’t work (have to unplug everything else).

The Royalty of TV Manufacturers
This tv brand is great my last tv I inherited from my late nanna and it was a Philips tv, I only had to get rid when it was 10 ish years old because the remote stopped working. This tv is brilliant and the ambilight on it really complements the picture quality and looks nice on a magnolia wall it really brings out the room. The tv is perfect the sound is brilliant, it’s an overall fantastic tv.

An excellent TV for the price !!
The Ambilight truly does add to the viewing experience and now when I use my other tv it seems off. The picture quality is great and the sounds is amazing too. The only issues I have is that the smart tv software can sometimes be slow but that is few and far between.
