Panasonic 24 Inch TX-24E302B HD Ready LED TV
EAN's:
It’s a Panasonic say no more :)
I bought this TV for a small bedroom, watching sky tv on it, The picture is very good, Clear, bright, good colours. The viewing angle is good too I bought a bush tv 19” for £10 less , you needed to look at it Dead Centre not higher, lower , Left or Right, it was awful. The Sound isn’t too bad for a Small TV , but by no means is it tinny. Unlike cheaper Brands The Menu system is a lot better to use , it’s Letters are of decent size too. At the current price it’s well worth the money ,

Great smaller TV for a bedroom or kitchen
I purchased this TV for the bedroom. It is easy to assemble (just clip on the stand), it has a USB port so you can plug in a Fire Stick or similar product. Once you select a source (HDMI 1 for example), it allows you to use the standard TV remote instead of having to use multiple remotes to browse Netflix etc. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. Only small issue is the sound quality, it’s good but I’m probably just used to my other TV downstairs with a soundbar and subwoofer.

Well specced and good value
We bought this for an informal seating area In our open plan kitchen. We have a stereo for sound and use firestick for streaming and catch-up so our main requirements were a decent picture, headphone output and HDMI input. The DTV Freeview functionality works fine and the remote is nice and responsive so overall technically this TV fully meets our needs. I was surprised how light this TV is and on close inspection the shiny black plastic bezel and stand do look a bit cheap but then it is, very.

Love Panasonic
Really love this brand. Still have a 15year old TV and it is great. This Panasonic was bought to replace one in the bedroom that died after 4 years occasional use. Hope it lasts like our other model. Love the program guide/reorder program facility. It is just the same as on our 15 year old set so they obviously know that their software works well and is well liked. We have a National Panasonic music centre bought back in 1973 so can still play the 45 vinyl now they are making a come back.

Great value quality tv
This is a great tv and very good value for the price. Our other small tv had an awful sound and only 1 hdmi and we couldn't connect a speaker. So bought this. So pleased. Much better picture than the last one and very good sound for a flat screen tv. Not smart but we have both a BT box and a Now stick connected so we can get catch up and other apps through those. Definitely worth buying. (Sound given 4 stars because most flat screens aren't good sound, but this is probably as good as it gets.)

Panasonic Replacement
I bought this as a replacement of a prior purchase. Set up was easy and the TV soon calibrated itself to my local TV Channels through Freeview. I have used this TV basically non stop, and I watch it in the bedroom. The design is quite modern enough for my liking and the remote is easy enough to operate and all backed by the 'Panasonic' brand name, one of the reasons for the purchase of this TV. I would recommend this TV for future purchasers, if a TV was required in the bedroom or the Kitchen.

Freeview ready
My previous tv was just over ten years old and accessed programmes using a freeview box since there was no longer an analogue signal from our local transmitter: the Freeview box stopped working so I decided to upgrade . I hate big televison sets that dominate the room by glaring from a corner whether on or off. Thus this 24 inch Panasonic fits the requirement well. As to the performance it is streets better than the old one, but I'm not much of a judge, I hardly watch many programmes at all.

Not built by Panasonic
We purchased this model top replace a similar sized "Bush" TV which had failed after 2 years use. I chose Panasonic as I thought it was probably a superior brand to Bush. However, this is an identical model to the Bush one but branded Panasonic, so all come from the same Chinese factory, I presume. It has no power off switch, the only way to switch it off completely is by pulling the plug out. So it sits on standby, consuming electricity even when it's not used for several days.

Purchased for Caravan
I purchased this for a caravan as we tend to take away films and tv series in digital form and this TV has a built in video player although for some reason it doesn't play avi files ? Good sharp picture with vibrant colours, but as with all thin TVs sound is a bit lacking. I chose this TV because it has a headphone socket which means I can plug in speakers to improve sound or listen to late in the evening, something that LG seem to omit from their products in this range.

Great TV
This is a good television for the price I paid. I bought this as a replacement for a Toshiba TV I had in the dining room which had stated jumping channels. The picture quality is good if not as good as the Toshiba’s 1080 definition. But it is good for connectivity with 2 HDMI ports and a USB. So this makes it easy to run my Sky Q and Amazon fire stick with no problems. The only down side is the volume is not very loud and really needs a sound bar to improve the quality.

Excellent value .
Very happy with performance of this TV, it punches above it's weight for the price. Set up was simple, It probably took 15 mins to unpack and have it tuned in. I knocked off a star for sound quality but it's more than adequate for a bedroom/kitchen. The design has a simple elegance that means it is not too obtrusive when not being used. The only thing I would change is the EPG as the colours used don't contrast as well as I would like, but that's a very minor quibble.

Just what I wanted
Bought this television for the dining room, adjacent to the kitchen. I was a bit concerned by the reviewers comments about the sound not being adequate over noises from the kitchen, but this is no more of a problem than it was for our old television - I sometimes think that people expect to much from a small television. Picture is good, and the connectivity just met my minimum requirements so another HDMI socket would be a good idea. All in all nice little tele.

Ideal for kids first TV
This product is great ideal size & design for kids the remote is also simple for children to know how to turn on & off our little guy mastered it in minutes the only issue I have is not really a problem for what we bought it for but with the volume you can turn it up as far as 80 on the volume & it's still very quiet but like I say it's for our child so this is fine for the purpose we purchased for thanks argos & extra thanks managed to get it in the sale!

A perfectly decent little TV
I got one of these as an inexpensive standby set. Set-up is easy. It downloads all the digital channels without even being asked. Picture quality is fine Sound is clear and loud enough, if a little thin (there's a Dynamic Bass option in the menu) Not a smart TV, , so no i-Player, but it will take USB media and has a Scart socket. It seems as good as sets costing £40-£50 more, and it comes with the same 2 year warranty. .Recommended.

Best LCD picture I've ever seen
Speaking as a retired television engineer, a neutral black and white picture (greyscale) is necessary to produce a natural colour picture. Every LCD television I've seen has suffered from an overall tint, usually mauve, which requires tweaking in the advanced settings. This is the first time I've not had to make any adjustments to the greyscale, which is very impressive. I can't praise this television enough. Well done, Panasonic!

A good little TV for the price
I was looking for a small TV for a second bedroom that would easily fit on the bedside table, had at least two HDMI sockets and a headphone socket and most importantly a decent picture, this fitted the bill perfectly. It was very easy to set up and there are further advanced settings to alter brightness, contrast etc if you wish. I have connected a streaming stick so now it’s a smart TV too! Very happy with my purchase.

TV happy with
Easy to set up and use and colour rendition on screen is good. Bought for spare room with no aerial connection so purchased a Full HD Amplified Indoor TV Aerial from another retailor and it works a dream so far no interruption to service. To get the correct aerial I was advised to check where my nearest transmitter was (google it) and it was 12 miles away therefore purchased an aerial that had 15 miles radius. Hope helps .

Bedroom tv
Wanted a slightly bigger tv for bedroom. This was very easy to set up & navigate. I like my tv to come on a minute before my alarm goes off, although this tv as this feature it has only actually come on once, all the other times the standby light is flashing but the tv doesn't actually come on, I'm not sure why, but I will persevere & keep trying different options. It's a good TV easy to set up & use, and reasonably priced.

Pan Tastic TV
This TV replaced an older Tv from another brand. Which would not switch on - old tv was purchased in 2012. The quality of this we feel will last a lot longer. Installation was painless, within 15 minutes we were watching the news. Never had Freeview setup so quick Sound quality to us is good. Picture seems better than main TV - via cable. Only complaint which has been said by other people is a short mains lead.

Fantastic Panasonic 24-inch TV
Very cost-effective and just the right size for my little flat, big enough but not overpowering, this Panasonic 24-inch TV looks great, is neat and is simplicity to set up – just plug it in , connect the aerial and it programs itself in about 20 minutes to provide over 200 freeview channels. Great picture quality and sound quality. Highly recommended and great value at less than £120. Very pleased with it.

great product
Took a little while to find all of the controls and get to know, but it now takes care of its self. Looks good, but sound is a bit erratic. If you run it through a humax box it can go from loud to very quiet and I haven't figured out how to stabilize it yet though it could be the humax box. Found it easy to connect including using Now tv, so, all in all, nice tv.

OK TV
Reasonably happy with it. Picture quality is ok and easy to set up. Wouldn't recommend it for wall mounting as we have done. The wall bracket we have has a screw to fix the TV part to the wall part but you can't fit the screw as the TV body has a 'lump' at the bottom that gets in the way so the TV is a little loose now on the bracket which is not ideal.

I bought the wrong thing
I had hoped to use this both as a tv connected to Sky and as a tv monitor. I connected it to Sky quite easily and the picture quality and sound were acceptable. But when I connected it to my Apple Mac mini the screen quality on documents was not acceptable. So unfortunately I had to return it. And as always the return process (in store) was great.

Great for the price!
Replacement for bedroom TV. Only using it on Freeview, picture quality great. Sound is rather 'tinny' but that really doesn't matter too much. Titles when using Freeview are miniscule - that might be changeable on a setting I haven't found yet. Was surprised at how little it weighs too. Set up straight forward for those not too technically minded.
