very happy so far
I'm using this lens with my inspire 1 and the X5 camera. So far it is working flawlessly. I have noticed it handles the over exposed areas nicely giving a nice glow. The factor lens shade I purchased from somewhere else is to heavy for the gimbal and will not fit with my polar pro filters.

Solid little gem
Solid built metal lens, yet not heavy. Paired it really well with pen f. Its been on the camera since. Auto focus is quiet, fast enough for my use (street photography) and sharp throughout all f stops. Too bad Olympus did not include a lens hood for all their lens unless its pro lens.

Fantastic!
Fantastic piece of glass. Tack sharp and gives great contrast. It's a little too wide for street photography, considering it was developed for that purpose with the manual snap focus function, but it does make for some pretty interesting shots coupled with the great image quality.

A Favorite
this Oly 12 is fast becoming my favorite, alongside the Oly 45. Great construction, useful focal length, small size, wonderful image quality. It's not for everything, but great for travel, indoors, landscape. it's such a sweet lens, I'm afraid my Oly 17 is going to get jealous!

My New Prime
Great quality lens. Bought this to replace the stock DJI X5 lens. The stock lens is a great lens but I wanted to get a lens with just a little wider FOV. It does a great job. Colors are perfect. Focus is easy to achieve. Low light is better that expected. Happy with the lens.

The lens is shaper than I am
A great old 24mm equivalent reportage lens. Rock solid full metal jacket barrel and a brilliant manual focusing system. Even the good old hyperfocal technique can be used with this lens as it has a depth of field scale as lenses used to have in the old days.

Best Choice for Micro Four thirds out there.
I use it with my inspire 1 Pro and is by far the best choice out there. And for best results get the hood for this lens. I'm a landscape and ocean professional photographer so I work with high speeds, this lens works in every condition I've tested.

A must with the Zenmuse X5 camera!
I am generally a full frame camera user. This lens along with the zenmuse X5 camera are my first micro 4/3 setup. All though it may not be as wide as a full frame lens, it is definitely much sharper. If only these lenses fit on ff cameras :)

Beautiful Lens
I really like this lens. This is the best 24mm I have owned (previously had the Canon 24L and Nikon 2.8). It's super sharp and fast to focus. It hasn't been off my camera since I received it. If you shoot wide this is a must have lens.

Love the product!
I purchased this to use with my drone. Optics are great. If you are using this product for a drone aircraft, I would also get the hood, UV filter, and a 2-stop 46 mm ND filter. I would not purchase the circular polarizer.

Great Addition!
Really enjoying this lens. We shoot on a voitlander 25mm which is awesome but the wide view you get from the 12mm is phenomenal. Its a great addition to our production for the money. Looks great on the Panasonic AF100.

wish all m43 lenses were this beautiful
snappy focus, buttery bokeh, wide and clear. perfect for low light. the metal construction is lovely in hand. the manual focus ring is just brilliant. i wish there were more lenses of this quality for the m43 format.

Great on my DJI inspire X5
Beautiful color, flares and sharpness. It's now my go to lens on my X5. With aerial uav photography flares are present and unavoidable and this lens as attractive flares. It's nicely made and well worth getting.

Excellent lens!
I use this lens for landscapes and casual shots on my Panasonic GF-2 and my Olympus E-P3. I love it's size and the quality of images. For the price, I wish the build was a little more solid but it's pretty good.

Nice wide angle lens for low light
Very fast auto focus even in low light. Takes sharp pictures and looks great with a black EPL3 body. Small and light enough to carry around with you all the time, but I will be using this as my primary lens.

A MUST FOR THE PEN E -3P
What can I say..Excellent. Sharpness is very good for a wide angle, focusing extremely fast in normal lighting conditions I don't notice any delay. Perfect for my casual use. Keep up the good work Olympus.

A couple of 12mm shots
Was out yesterday with the 12mm. It is pretty much my standard lens. Just superb IQ from this little gem. These are low res images i used here. But it makes high grade 13 x 19's easy with full res images.

What A Great Lens!
I pair this lens with Panasonic GH2 and it produces the highest contrast and resolution pictures among my M43 lens pools. Color saturation is perfect balance. Very well rewarded from this lens!

well built prime
This lens is built solid and surprisingly light. Beautiful handling. It is fast and quiet and image quality is great. It is a little expensive, but I like it and it is worth it for me.

A+ on the DJI Inspire Pro x5/x5R
Excellent lens. Well made. Without issue. Put on the inspire pro x5 and you have an amazing combination in the air. Don't forget to balance and buy a filter to do so or lens hood

Nice and sharp, well built.
I use this on my X5R on Osmo RAW. Nice lens! No disturbing distortions. Needs balancing ring to be better balanced .. I made one by taping a small nut to the outer filter ring.

Good wide angle fix
Good lens. Just started to use it, but use intensively. Using with body OM-D E5 (1st gen). Picture is decent and what I specially notice: it's absolutely silent and crazy fast
