Seems a little cheap
We were replacing the prior Microsoft model that's no longer available. This new one seems much more in the China Junk category. The keys aren't as solid, the mouse seems a little cheaper, the shape isn't as ergonomic and comfortable than prior Microsoft models. I can't really put my finger on it, but I won't be buying more of them. Also; it doesn't have rear riser pads.

Well designed
First of all the keyboard/mouse combo are well designed and easy to use for long periods. The only downside is the keyboard feels cheaply made.

This is a nice set - I bought it for a mac desktop. It works great over all but I wish it has the mac keyboard keys.

No caps lock indicator
received as a gift but am disappointed that the caps lock key no longer lights up to indicate caps lock is on

Bad keys
The 1 key sticks all the time and constantly getting denied when trying to login into anything.
