These headphones are good but not excellent bass and sound quality wise, I have had cheaper headphones that are better however I bought these while on the promotion, they do the job ok and I only use them for gym, I would recommend these if your not to bothered about bass as these have some bass but not enough for me, my brother has these also and he thinks they are complete rubbish but that's his opinion, I still think they are good.

Brilliant Headphones
I brought these headphones for my iPhone 4s as I had already been through a set of headphones that came with my phone & thought that a different brand may last longer. These headphones are sturdy, good quality, have very good sound & if that's not enough; they come with a little box that I use to pack the headphones away & throw in my bag without the worry of my keys shredding the wire to bits. I would definitely recommend these

Bit Of Disappointment
These really disappointed me. They are very uncomfortable in the ear. I’ve had to stop using them as they’ve made my ear sore and they’ve scratched the other. The sound is pretty good but the bass isn’t a strong as I thought it would be. The box is pretty pathetic to be honest, it’s very shoddily made, rough and sharp edges. The volume is poor. I expect a lot more from a quality brand such as these.

Excellent bass. They only last a year or so though
These are the best in-ear headphones I've tried in terms of sound quality and bass. Better than Sennheiser and Sony. Only problem is they last about a year or so (even though I keep them in the case when not in use). I definitely recommend buying insurance so you can replace them for free. I don't really like the red colour either. It's a bit 2000s. I'd prefer a nice metallic and white (hint hint JVC).

My in-ear headphones sound great
These headphones sound great. They have a nice chamber for rich bass experience. They also have back vents for maximum bass drive, inner ear pressure reduction plus helping air circulation for ears to breathe. They are comfortable to wear and hold well in the ear. Included is a small neat stylish storage box to store your headphones when not in use, no more tangled up wires. I love these and would recommend.

It does its job,well
It was recommended to me by a friend, because of its good bass quality, it didn't quite live up to expectations. However they are still very good quality: no crackling, noise cancelling, clear and crisp sounds. But for me, personally, not quite loud enough and the bass isn't as prominent as I expected it to be. To conclude, they are very good, but not as good as I expected them to be. Still, I do recommend.

Excellent quality and comfort!
Extremely comfortable, three different sized ear buds provided... The quality for a music lover is perfect the only con is the look I would more opt for a black wire instead of red. For the price and brand of JVC, I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking for affordable and exceptional quality from in-ear headphones. To conclude, best in-ear headphones bought so far.. hopefully they will last long!

Great earphones - keep them in the box!
Love the earphones and have used them regularly over the last few years. I find if you don’t retain them in the box throughout your use, the wires become loose and every previous pair I’ve owned has lost hearing in one ear forcing me to buy another pair. This time, I have retained the guarantee and will keep them in the box as they really are a decent pair of earphones other than that!

Great headphones
I am very impressed with these headphone I have a pr or beats but wanted a pr to take fishing that are not that expensive,I find it hard to tell the difference in sound in comparison with my beats,they deliver a good sound range With plenty of deep base, they are a little big and I would not use them for running but all in all a very very good inexpensive pr of head phones

There is no microphone in it.
The earphones work really waay too good. So good that, when I call my fiance' and he is using them, I can hear the road noises very very much (I mean every single noise one on top of the other!!!) but because there is no microphone I cannot hear him speaking!! The background noise is the only thing you can hear. But if you use them to listen to the music they are great!!

Very poor
Large driver size means this earphone sticks a mile out from your ears - meaning it is prone to falling out, even when sitting down. The sound is too bassy with poor performance in all the other ranges. Not only this, left earphone decided to give up after a week of light use. Overall, not a product I would recommend - there are better budget earphones.

Great price for good pair of headphones
Bought these on discount and am very impressed. The sound quality is superb for such a cheap pair of headphones with good bass and clear sound. Comes with a sturdy case to keep wires tangle free and additional ear buds for better fit in the ear. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick cheap pair of headphones that last a long time and sound great.

Happy with these!
took a chance on these, and i was really happy with the audio. Its very clear , i have cheaper pairs , however these JVC ones are sooo much better . i also bought some kind of optional care cover for them, only cost me a few pound, so if something went wrong with them in a certain time frame , i have ease of mind knowing i can get a new pair., great :)

BASS inside your head
If you bought these earphones you will have bought them for the extreme amount of bass they manage to send into your ears. Make sure you fit correct sized ear piece as this ensures all outside ambient noise is blocked out. Good little carry case provided with purchase. other than that, happy purchase for not a lot of monies, well done JVC.

Best earphones I've owned!
I have previously owned Samsung and sennheiser earbuds. These JVC ones are better by far. I'm hearing a depth of sound and quality that I've not had before. They are comfortable too. I like the larger section behind the ear canal bit. It gives you something to hold on to for better placement. I would buy these again. Well worth the money!

Great earphones
I love the sound of these earphones, very clear and deep. These are great for everyday use and I don't think brands twice the price would be any better quality. The cable is very sturdy and they stay in your ears. Only bad point I have is that they are quite big and noticeable but it doesn't affect quality at all. Strongly recommended.

The comfort of the earphones is fantastic
Due to the deep cut out on the back of the earpiece you do have to tend to clean the a little more often apart from that they are great earphones the bass is balanced just right not to overpower the rest of the sound and make it muddy there is very could clarity in the mid and high range too without been harsh and tinny sounding

'Shoulderphones' NOT 'headphones'!
These are the worst headphones I have ever had in my life. They should really be called 'Shoulderphones,' because they stay in my ears for 5 seconds before ejecting themselves and sitting on my shoulders. The sound quality isn't bad, but the design and comfort elements just aren't worth speaking about. Don't waste your money!

Amazing product
I bought these as a replacement to some old earphones I recently lost and now I'm quite happy I did because these are amazing.The sound quality is unbelievable and make listening to music extremely comfortable.They give a completely different sound experience to any other earphone I have tried I would highly recommend.

look and sound amazing
I paid 24 pound roughly for this product, including the insurance. Theu have great quality, the sound is crystal clear and great quality. I've looked about other places and this was the best offer and quality headphones I could fund any where, this s why I am a loyal and returning customer to argos.

Good but not great
These earphones look like you are going to get a super bass cinema experience when infact you get a good but not great pair of earphones, they feel strong and look ok but that is where the story ends , its like having a standard car with big wheels , they look good but wont ever be a race winner,

great headphones
these are the best earphones i have bought yet, as soon as they are in ear the JVC dose well blocking external noise meaning my ear drums aren't bleeding trying to raise the volume over the sound of traffic. These are small headphones with big bass and sound, crisp and clean!! , money well spent

you dont need beats with these
extremely good quality and for the prices im shocked these dont cost more. comes with a nice case with the other ears buds. these do not disappoint and the ear phones themselves can pump out music at high volume without distortion or crackling. many of my friends now own these with no regrets.

Good product
Great sound quality no need to put your songs on full volume the only issue i had was keeping them in my ears whilst cycling they kept falling out alot so probably wouldn't recommend for jogging or cycling however walking or sitting at home they would do the job perfect! Overall rating 8/10
