Hitachi 240w sound bar and woofer
I wanted the cheaper version but bought this had woofer (separate bass speaker) and optical connection. Was told my TV needed optical, incorrect. Just 1 wire from TV + power supply. Woofer just power. I wired it, powered it... nothing! Read manual - turn on with remote. Oops! Worked perfectly. Any blue tooth device can connect - phone, tablet etc. Sound quality is very good but not as good as Bose, but a 1/10th of price and do you want perfect sound? It is good and I am very happy.

Excellent must have
Makes games, films and series the bit more immersive with the multiple layers of sound. Using it for music is also amazing with the ability to adjust treble and bass, sub makes the room bounce loved it . What a bargain

Easiest thing to use ever and great quality
When i bought this i was just looking for something thats a bit louder than a tv speaker and i definitely bought the right product , this product blew me away by how loud it can go without even cracking and the subwoofer is insane when watching a movie with intense music you can feel the ground shake this is an amazing soundbar and subwoofer would recommend it any day.

More Atmosphere
The bar comes with no input leads, but there are 4 ways to hard connect. Two quite common ways, of which one my smart TV supported. The other two methods used cables I'd never heard of because they were either old tech or ultra new tech. After connecting by HDMI (an HDMI ARC input port is needed on the TV). I was able to set up the bar in the right mode to receive it, and also adjust my TV settings. Good for football games and for action films.

I was a bit hesitant to pay for this considering the price, but it succeeded expectations by a long shot. Easy to set up, exceptional sound quality. Made a great improvement to my TV sound and is brilliant for listening to music.

Sound relief
The sound is very good for the price and makes a huge difference that of the flat tv especially with the bass. I can finally hear the actors voices especially the males who sounded hollow previously. My only issue with it is whilst it auto turns off when it no longer senses input from the TV it doesn’t auto switch on so have to use the tiny remote with what I expect has one of the frustrating and expensive to buy flat battery’s. if only it auto switched on when I use the optical in!

Excellent Product for reasonable price
I had previously spent £200 on a well known make of sound bar & it broke after 18 months, then £150 on a different well known make & that lasted 14 months so in the end I bought this one. The sound is really good & I am really pleased with it. Maybe not quite as deep base as the previous ones but you can turn the subwoofer up pretty high amply for what I want. The only thing is it didnt come with the wire that goes in your sky box but luckily my previous one did so I was able to use that one.

Love this soundbar
Bought this to go with our Hitachi TV was easy to set up & sounds great. Had a slight problem with sound when using dvd player so rang helpline in the guide & they sorted for me over the phone (just needed to alter few settings through TV). Very happy.

Great sound
We use it For films rather than general TV! I also use it as a Bluetooth speaker and for this it is incredible. Easy to use, although my only slight criticism is the remote: it is one of those cheap tiny plastic remotes that are easy to lose. Without the remote you can operate from the side of the speaker.

Nice little sound system
Decent sound comes out this one. Well worth the money. Have the 240 version in our bedroom and the 460 in living room. Best possible buy for that kind of money!

sounds amazing
Amazing sound. Looks great on the wall. It just blends in. Bit fiddly to sort WiFi but that’s my lack of understanding and not the product. This is my second one to put in another room. Highly recommend.

I love this sound bar!
What an amazing sound bar for the price! Clear sound that goes to a decent volume whilst retaining clarity. Has turned my TV viewing experience Into a dream! I have connected the device to my Google Home which was super easy. My phone and through optical cable to my TV. Games sound awesome!

Well priced. Ideal for medium sized room. Nice bass. Great sound quality to boost weak flat screen TVs and bluetooth to play your music players music collection. Wireless sub also means you can place it somewhere in the room that is convenient without trailing wires. A +++

Does what I expected, good quality
Does what I expected, good quality, only down side is that it has an optical port connection but doesn’t include an optical cable - the last soundbar I got was cheaper and had all cables needed.

simple set up, instant results
So easy to set up with addition of optical cable, instant upgrade on sound. Works well with Netflix on bush 49 inch telly. Bluetooth connection great with phone adding huge value for playing music. Looks so smart on mantle piece, only down side the remote is very light and small so easily lost at times. But not end of the world.
