It's really good quality for the price, although the remote seems to have a mind of its own . when scrolling through the TV guide it will get stuck on a channel so you have to select that channel and it goes to a completely different channel strange

TV works well and is great value
I bought this TV to replace one which cracked during a house move. For the price it is an excellent TV, decent quality and very easy to set up - essentially 'plug and play'. Does everything I want!

Great picture, brilliant for all apps
The TV is good if you can get it cheap enough, if you are switching from apps it's very slow. The TV doesn't catch up very quick once turned off and on and does not connect to the Internet without doing it manually every time. Otherwise this aside its a brilliant TV, has all the apps you need and built in freeview is handy. Could recommend in a sale price!

Nice looking, but full of issues
We decided to buy this product because we though that Hitachi was a renowned brand, and that would mean we could rest assured of the TV's quality. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but problems since we installed it: the remote control freezes and stops working for no reason, sometimes the screen remains totally blank when turning on the TV, connectivity is not the best, a couple of times the TV had no sound (as if muted, when it wasn't muted) and had to restart it... Definitely a NO

Quite good value, but.................
Generally pretty good, nice to watch but very surprised that it has no SCART connectivity which has made my DVD recorder/player unusable on this TV. I have to say that I didn’t notice this omission before purchase otherwise I would have chosen an alternative. I don’t understand why such a common and necessary socket would not be included but as it was why wasn’t it replaced with an additional HDMI socket?

Bargain
Bought this for my 8 year old loves playing on playstation and enjoys Netflix. Good picture for what she needs and connection good. Really easy to use with Netflix and YouTube buttons. Peace for mummy as she knows how to use happy days

Easy to set up and working grear
Bought quickly after my old TV broke, and I was pleased to find that this was very easy to set up as get connected. I'm especially enjoying the smart TV features watching iplayer and netflix. Would recommend, especially for such a good value price.

Unfortunately cheap and nasty, it was also faulty.
Not recommended, Argos exchanged it for a LG , £30 dearer but far superior. Sum times you get what you pay for.

Great picture, sound quality. Easy to set up just follow user guide in settings. Netflx, prime video, installed. Well worth the money! Very pleased!

I’m really pleased with my TV
As described and does everything that was explained in the brief. Really great value all round but the speakers/sound lets it down as it’s lacking in bass. I bought the Hitachi sound bar with it so it was of little consequence.

Love my new TV.
Excellent screen size and clear picture. Great for Netflix, You tube and catch-up TV. Bought it because my daughter had the 32 inch version for Christmas and absolutely loves it.
