Great sound and looks.
Got this to use with my pc monitor as the speakers on it where very quiet, this was perfect, easy to set up via bluetooth, 3mm jack was included incase you don't have WiFi, sound is fantastic and bass was great to say subwoofer built into bar, if you after a sound bar or speaker on a budget don't hesitate to buy this 1.

after setting up the sound item I thought it was great until you selected a digital channel it sounded like a machine gun was going off followed the instructions not that there are many i.e. plug in mains lead, plug in fibreoptic lead and switch of internal tv speakers still the same so I returned to store for a refund

Far better than tv speakers.
Bought to upgrade the standard speaker on my 32" Flatscreen in my bedroom. I have attached with separate brackets and it now hangs conveniently under the TV. Volume can be turned up reasonably high. I use the fibre optic connection- Bluetooth worked but was very glitchy and kept dropping connection. Would buy again.

Great bargain buy
Wasn't going to buy a soundbar - but, the price was a clincher with availability at my local Argos. Just a few words regarding set-up. Make sure all other tv sound ouputs are disconnected prior to connecting via optic cable. Otherwise you will get the High Buzzing noise that some have misidentified as a product fault.

Excellent Product
Looks good - perfectly complements my Hitachi TV and sound quality suits me fine, although I have a 'techy' friend who thinks it could be better. When I told him the price he was then very impressed. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well priced, good looking soundbar that with good sound quality.

Great addition to TV
Great. Soundbar has good volume and good tone. Easy to set up and a great addition to my TV. I used the optical input for which I bought an extra lead and this proved to be best as it had higher volume and better tone compared to using the standard headphone output on the TV as the input for which a lead is supplied.

Works well
The speaker bar has excellent sound quality and it removes that 'muffled 'quality from the inbuilt speakers. I had to buy an optical connector though. The control unit is a bit small, noit much bigger than a bank card, and can easily be misplaced. Apart from those small quibbles it is a good unit, at a good price

Does what it says on the tin
So we bought this to take out to garden for our "Alexa" dot- for the price it's great. We spent far more on our sound bar for our smart TV and I'm not sure there is that much difference. It was easy to set up and use and looks good too. Highly recommended it- been using it for a couple of weeks now and no complaints.

Value for money
Looks the part, ands easy to set up, its sound isn't brilliant, you can get better but again for its price it's good for whats needed and is still of very good quality sound (am personally used to more base), the main problem is its remote is of poor quality and feels cheaply made could of done bit better with that.

Clear sound
I bought this for my elderly mother as the TV sound quality was hard for her to hear. Set this up in minutes and the sound quality is excellent. She is very happy. I ended up buying a Toslink cable to complete the set up, I would recommend this method as the sound quality is even better. Great product for the price.

amazing sound for the price
I was really impressed to see this at such a low price. Dad bought a large budget TV with terrible sound and only an optical output for sound. Having studied sound at uni I knew what i wanted but didn't imagine I could find anything like this for under £50. Very impressed, easy to install and my Dad is very happy.

1st product faulty but 2nd works fine
The 1st sound bar I bought was faulty - it shut off after about 10 mins. Returned and received a new one which works fine. The connection that came with it was no use for my tv so I had to purchase an optical cable. Sound quality is good. The product is easy to set up and use and the price is good for the product.

I bought a new TV,once I set it up the sound was a bit tinny,so I looked at the Argos website for a soundbar didn't want to spend too much so I opted for this one,what a difference it makes the the sound of the new tv,I also love playing my music from my phone through it with the Bluetooth,so glad I bought it!!!

Good value for money
This sound bar is great value for money paid. The sound is great and can be turned up very loud and still sound good. It is easy to set up and connnect devices to. The only thing it is missing is a display to tell you if you are on optical/aux/Bluetooth as the corresponding colour codes can be easily forgotten.

Easy to set up
Easy to set up, just plug in the optical lead and away you go ( you need to buy this separate as it didn't come with one ). Good quality construction. Sound quality is better than my TVs but not outstanding. Sound volume also didn't go as high as I expected but it's ok. But overall at the sale price it's good.

Brilliant
As I'm partial hearing, I find the TV isn't loud enough for me. My children complain it's too loud. This was at the right price so I've tried it. Works really well at spreading the sound around the room. I don't have to have the volume up too much and can still hear it. Smoother richer sound I've noticed.

Excellent Value
This Sound Bar is amazing value for money considering the price paid. Very easy to set up,just plug cable into T.V. headphone socket. Sound quality is excellent,think you would have to pay top dollar to better it. Design is simple and stylish.Buy it before Argos realise they are selling it too cheap!

Great sound quality
This has been a perfect buy. My dad, who suffers with industrial deafness, can now hear his TV without having to turn on the subtitles. it adds much improved sound quality to older flat screen TV s. Highly recommended. We also have one to add that cinema sound effect for watching films in our own home.

Great Soundbar
Really easy to set up. No optical lead so bought one from Argos at the same time. No overpowring bass. I can hear what people are saying at last no longer having to use subtitles. Sits at the front of my TV and you can adjust the TV and Soundbar sound independently to suit your needs. Great product.

Excellent soundbar for the price
Excellent soundbar for the price and easy pick up from the Argos store. Would like to thank Odette at the Antrim Junction one Argos for going above and beyond every time I go there. She has also helped me with a baby gate before and it's employees like herself that has me a returning customer to Argos

Good enough
The bluetooth I believe is not working. It might be a fabrication issue as I exchanged it and had the same issue. Anyway, if you're not going to use it with bluetooth it's absolutely fine for the price. The sound if your listening to a medium strenght is good. Again based on the price I'm telling this

Sound bar
Was a good sound bar but never worked for more then 10miins and then would switch Itself off and wouldn't turn back great staff at the gainsborough Argos help me change it but didn't have the one I wanted so I had to get a different one which was a shame but over all great staff and was really polite
