Looks Great -- Kinda Huge
I'm using it on a 2010 MacPro, with a GTX1080, running MacOS Sierra. It's connected DP port on the card, to the mDP on the monitor, because that's the cable that came with it. Bought it for my photography workflow, but it's main monitor on my main computer, so I use it for everything. Dell UP2716D monitor is very high quality
Monitor is great, but make sure your computer can support the resolution. I only found out after I purchased and found out that my older laptop did not support 2560 x 1440 resolution. Otherwise, very impressive color.

Amazing Display, Disappointing Stand
The display is nothing short of amazing; however, the stand fairly disappointing for a display at this price point. It's limited to tilt and swivel. To increase the height, youhave to use some hard cover books or the like. I'm not sure it's a deal breaker, but it's what kept me from giving it five stars.

Good Quality Monitor
I am a photography enthusiast and purchased this monitor to serve as a larger viewing screen when editing photos in Lightroom. I pair it with my 2014 13 MacBook Air. It was pretty much a plug and play situation using the MDP/DP cable which came with the monitor. Disappointed
The first monitor came with backlight bleed on the bottom and changed it for another and the second one also came the same. This backlight bleed is notorious even with daylight or room light, worse in the dark.

My first monitor had good color and uniformity but had a terrible backlight bleed in the botton of the screen, I exchanged it and the second one had backlight bleed too in the same spot.. but with less intensity , the backlight can be observed with daylight or room light

Really Nice
It is a really nice monitor at accesible price. The color reproduction is so good, the size is very good for a small desk area, and the resolution is awesome. Buy it with a xrite i1 display pro calibrator, and you wouldn't regret.

A Frustrating Monitor
I bought one of these monitors about a year ago and it had excellent color and uniformity. Unfortunately the second one I bought didn't. After 2 returns I gave up trying to find one to match the first, as the second had a noticeable color shift from green to pink moving from left to right. Spectacular Colors and Font Sharpness ! - Come See
Great monitor for working on web design and general MS Office work. The colors are vibrant and clear; fonts are sharp and monitor construction is solid and fully adjustable. Dell's touch of having a minimal 3 sided bezel allowing for the screen to run to the edge of the monitor is fantastic. Before you buy any other 27in monitor this one deserves your time as you probably will chose this one. :-)

Disaster
Bad color uniformity, bad means really bad, color spots everywhere. I payed more than 700 dollars but a 60 dollar tn monitor has better color uniformity.

Stop thinking and just buy it
Great 4K monitor. Price, form, warranty all top notch. Always been happy with Dell and upgraded from 27 for the acreage, wider gamut and increased detail. Use this monitor for video editing/color grading, photo editing/retouching, graphic/animation design build.

Great!
The thing is big, expansive and covers lots of real estate on a desk so plan ahead. The images are clear and spot on with color. It needed very little tweaking with my Spider during calibration. So far after a week I have yet to find any dead pixels. I would strongly suggest you get some help to uncrate and set the thing up. Not so much as it heavy as just a tad unwieldy.

Excellent, not quite perfect
This monitor replaced a nearly ten year old Dell 3007WFP 30 screen that I use for video and photo editing as well as everyday web browsing and general computer tasks. Compared to the old monitor, it has much higher resolution, brightness, and extensive color adjustments. Left side some greenish rigth side pinky...an irregular spot up in the middle bluish this is very annoying and very noticeable since it is a spot, it makes me mad, the other color deviations are bigger areas and not very strong, not so disturbing. Color compensation only works in standard setting, other than that for example if you use sRGB color seting then color compensation is automatically disabled. Finally! Found a Keeper!
I have tried numerous monitors that range in size from 27-34 inches and I have finally found one that I can keep. The color accuracy out of the box is great for my image editing and there is plenty of screen real estate for Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4d. The thin bezel is also a plus. I love not having a thick border around my monitor. Thanks to B&H I was able to buy this monitor at the lowest price that I could find and get it fast with free shipping.

This was my choice after considerable research into a 2560x1440 monitor for image processing, an upgrade from an 11-year-old 1920x1200 Dell. Have had it for a few weeks now. Great quality for the price, but may be more than you need. One of its key selling points is a color gamut greater than the usual sRGB, specifically keyed to Adobe 1998. I haven't owned that many monitors, but very happy.
Going to be using this as a GUI display for color correction. Nice that I can have a decently calibrated GUI monitor, and would probably work well for anyone doing low budget color work. Things I don't like: Not ACTUALLY 10 bit, only 8 with a dither. Uniformity isn't perfect, corners have some bleed and white point shift.

Great Monitor
Bought this 32 screen as a larger companion for dual set-up with Dell P2715Q. Great buy. I recommend it when you have a companion screen with multiple DP ports (this has one DP port, and Dell P2715Q has 3 and can be daisy chained). Watch out if you use a high resolution KVM Switch as the video card needs to be compatible (nd it will likely need to be connected via DP ports). This is for home use (I have no TV) and I'm not a design/graphics art person.

Outstanding Monitor, Calibrated True Color
I needed a new monitor to replace an ageing 8 year old LG227WTG 22 TN panel display. What a difference a calibrated display makes. I proof photos on a Canon Pro 9000 MarkII. It was always difficult with the old display because the colors always appeared much darker and cooler on the screen than in my prints.
