The replacement earpads are really comfortable as well as really good at blocking the background noise in the room. However, they do make your ears get pretty warm after wearing them for more than 30 minutes. I use them when recording video depositions where I am required to wear them for up to 2 hours at a time...sometimes more. Although a high quality product, Would not recommend.
2 - 2.5 stars. I bought these hoping for additional padding/comfort. Here are my thoughts after about 2 weeks of daily use. 1. The packaging is great. This is a great company that makes high quality products (They came in a box with magnetic closure. Made the package itself much more pleasing). 2. Not as expected
Purchased these in case the Bose ear pads get messed up. I didn't see the Bose pads for sale so I took a chance on these. They are OK, the quality is not up to par with the Bose pads. They also arrived without instructions and they seem to get installed by gluing them in place, who knows? I would not buy these again
I was not able to get these to fit on my Bose QuietComfort headset. I tried to get help from the manufacturer but they failed to respond.

Standard is good, but these are indulgent.
Tried one of these on Bose QC35 with the original. Much softer and quieter. I have big ears and these made a difference.
