Would buy again
This condenser boundary mic is super sensitive, and picks up nearly every sound in a room, which is great if you're recording multiple people, not so good if they're making other sounds besides their voices (eg paper rustling, coughing, footsteps etc). The noise floor seems fairly high on this mic, but can be easily corrected in post with a noise reduction plugin. Great product, picks up sound well.
I bought two of these microphones to cover our boardroom, to allow recording of meetings. One of my staff suggested this option, to be used in conjunction with a simple two channel USB mixer by Behringer. We attached them to the ceiling and ran cables above the tiles and into the mixer. Perfect For Recording Meetings
Purchased this last week to cover a 3 hour meeting and it worked flawlessly. The PRO-44 was placed on the rectangular meeting table, about 3/4 of the way from one end, in the center. It captured all conversation at the table (about 12 people), even those seated slightly behind it. The included cable has a mini-XLR that connects to the mic and a standard XLR at the other end. It is plenty long for most typical applications. The microphone feels substantial and well made. Very pleased with purchase.

Great Microphone works for me!
I am using this microphone for small seminar that my wife and her friend are presenting. They have just completed second seminar last week (Aug 25th, 2012) and recorded with this microphone. They were standing at left and right of presentation screen. Great thing about are 1. Only one microphone does a good job, 2. Audience did not notice because the boundary microphone was hard to be noticed. This is good for interview, small group seminar and talk show.

Solid performer
Hard to argue against the value of this one. I hooked it up to a mini mixer so I could get the room while a presenter spoke through a wireless lapel microphone. The room comes through loud and clear -- much better than had we just recorded through a Polycom. Excellent fidelity, and it gets a nice wide field. Put it at one end of the conference table and you'll capture the room. In our case we had about a dozen people and they all came in.

Amazing Microphone! *****
This microphone is absolutely AWESOME!! especially if you're using it for conferencing or even webcasting . It's very small footprint uses very little room atop the table, it's tonality is off the chart accurate. We are using it as a broadcast Mike in the school for the morning announcements and television program and I would recommend it to anybody who wanted to find a small accurate microphone with a great footprint !!

Decent Fallback
This mic is a decent fallback when the situation requires something of this style microphone, but be prepared to do some EQ work if you're going to use for audio recording solutions. It's better than a conference call, but it does pickup a lot of the room and those style noises associated with it.

Just what we needed!
We bought this product to use as a back-up microphone during some of our video productions. It is very sensitive and tends to pick up every sound in the room, which is what we wanted, but the voices van sound a bit hollow if you rely only on this mic.

Using it to record parent meetings in a small room Picks up conversations much better than the standard mic on the camcorder. Very unobtrusive. Be sure to get the correct adapters for your camcorder.

Decent product, worth cost
Purchased two of these for sound reinforcement on stage (HS theatre), and their performance to date is satisfactory. My only issue, and that's merely one of preference, is they are very light-weight.

Superb Mic for Panel Table
These boundary mic performed superbly at a recent meeting with a 10-person panel table. Problems inherent with lavaliere and traditional table mic were eliminated. Highly recommend these mics.

Nice Boundry Mic
This mic turned out to be a good purchase. I use these mics for Video Teleconferencing and there is no loss of sound even though the mic is small with a very small profile.

Just the right mic!
