Best by far for the price
The build quality is the best I have seen for a headset so far. Paying around the £100 mark for a headset will not get you any better and will have to go into the region of £150-250 before minor upgrades and of course wireless is introduced. Been using this headset for 2 weeks since the release of Modern Warfare and the sound is deep, atmospheric and extremely crisp. Don't bother considering anything else at this price range. Take it from someone with experience :) (Xbox One X user)

Astro A10 best alternative if you’re on a budget.
I have the Astro A50s, but had a slight issue so had it send them back, and decided to get a temp pair in the meantime. I’ve tried Turtle Beach and a few others, but none better than my Astro A50s. So decided to get a cheap Astro headset until I got my other ones back. These are amazing; the quality of sound, they’re really durable (you can literally twist them and they do not break), and you just put the mic vertical to mute. If you’re on a budget, this is for you.

Great headset, poor connector (but fixed by Argos)
This headset is decently loud with acceptable sound quality, quite tough (can twist the headband without it breaking), and comfortable for long gaming sessions. The microphone provides decent sound quality, the flip to mute function is quite clever. I would say the headphone ear pads are quite small; be wary of purchasing this if you have large ears. It's a combined 3.1 connector, so you will need a splitter to work on PC.

It fits well and is very comfy but makes sweat
The design and quality overall is very good this product is a good beginner gaming headset due to the simplicity of design but little things that make it work well but there is only one problem it will make your ears sweat if you do extensive gaming like me I play Fortnite and the quality of sound is crisp and no delay I have 1200 add me on xbox nahzzy ttv or add me on epic Nxhzzy

Better than turtle beach
Bought this to replace my turtle beach which broke after like 2 months of having it, very happy to replace with these astros, the cord plugging into to the PS4 is detachable from the headset so you don’t have to rely on the poor fused connection on most headsets, so it can be replaced! The sound quality could be a little better but the comfort and durability make up for this

Pretty good and comfy for long period
My old one broke so I needed new one but I didn't want to spend too much so this was surprisingly well reviewed for budget headset and I gotta say it's comfortable for long period of time. Sound isn't bad it's pretty good , it will get the job done just fine. I use this mainly for PS4 but I can use with my Xbox as well if I need to so that's bonus.

Great Gaming Headset
I bought these for my son who does a lot of gaming, he says the sound quality and microphone are excellent. I had to return the first set after 3 days because the mic boom snapped off, impossible to tell if they were faulty or my son broke them, Argos replaced them with no quibbles, well done Argos!

Great headset for gaming and everything else
An amazing sounding headset for such a low price. I love it, the sound is really clear and I never miss someone's footstep. The 3.5mm audio cable is far longer than you would need it to be which is a good thing because you can move your controller freely without pulling the headset off.

My son loves the headset.
We have had many pc headset and this is by far the best we have had for the money. The only problem we had was connecting them to our pc as you will need to buy an extra cable (splitter cable) which we purchasedo from amazon for £5.99 other than that fantastic.

It's exactly what it promises and works flawlessly
The headset is great. Take it out if the box, stick it in the controller and boom, I no longer bother the misses while she sleeps next to me. Sound quality is great, no complaints. Haven't tested the mic yet though so can't say anything about that.

Better than more expensive brand!
My son bought these to replace his more expensive turtle beach pair that broke after just 6 months. He said these are more comfortable and sound quality is better. Goes to show you don’t always need to buy the most expensive.

Overall good headset
Overall this is a good headset. Quality or both sound and product are great. However there isn’t a mute mic option button on the headset. So if you eat while playing games online be sure to mute yourself FYI.

Headphones
Brilliant headphones. Universal. So microphone works with any device that has a jack. I bought for my Xbox X. Brillent and easy too use and really good mic clarity. Better than official Xbox headset.

Decent headset for price
Sound quality great, setbacks come with headpiece becoming uncomfortable after extensive use, also the connector is prone to not being plugged in fully, resulting in the microphone not working.

A massive jump from using the speakers in the TV
Very good design, feels durable especially as the mic is flexible! Good sound on the standard setting. I haven’t invested in the amp just yet but it has elevated my game on FPS

Sound is a lot deeper than I thought it would be. In shooting games the bullets make a very deep echo sound which is quite strange but will get used to it
