I can now talk to my 98 year old mother
My 98 year old mother is almost deaf. We bought her a pocket talker which worked well but the ear plugs kept falling out of her ear and didn't work that well. These earbuds not only make it possible for her to hear us but they stay firmly in her ear. Now we can have a conversation with her without yelling!

So far, so good
I just received their ear buds and so far they work good. I'm actually ordering a few more pair for some co-workers. I didn't give 5 stars because I don't know how long they will last, hopefully better than the full headphones (of the same brand).

eartips make the Williams 2.0 pocket pro perfect
Williams Pocket pro 2.0 with stereo earbuds and flexible tips works better than any expensive hearing aid for my 101 year old mother. She can interact with people again as she can finally hear them.
