Windows Issue, No sound system
I received this laptop a few days ago and it was very easy to set up. However, on the second day, I tried to print a document. However, the windows software that was installed was corrupted as it would not allow my username/profile to be an administrator. I spent two hours with a microsoft tech remotely fixing this issue. Amazing & Powerful Machine that runs COOL!
This OMEN 17-cb0050nr is a beast of a machine. Pleased with the thermals. Even with a full RTX 2080 (NOT Max-Q), the CPU and GPU temperatures are very respectable and a lot better(close to 22% thermal efficiency) compared to 2018 OMEN models. Great product, performance, quality for money value
Great Product - Definitely to recommend. Standard size for 17 gaming laptop, a little bit thick but not to bad for full 2080 RTX. The Screen has a fairly short frame approx. 0,2 inches from left and right sides, top side maybe 0,4.
