Great for audio music & videos only at home or office.
First I thought the audio quality and battery life were awesome. Though the sound wasn't neutral and sort of on the high end with bass, I was still impressed with the sound quality. Second the battery life was phenomenal on these phones which I liked. The comfort level was impressive and listening to music or streaming videos (Amazon Prime & Hulu) for long periods at a time was great. The two negatives which nailed the lid the coffin for my uses ... Show More

Great headphones w/ so-so noise canceling
I purchased these headphones to primarily listen to podcasts and occasionally music as I cleaned around the house. The noise canceling feature slightly quiets the vacuum cleaner though not really enough to be truly noticeable. The sound profiles in the accompanying mobile app are nice but do not modify the sound that much either. For music Amazon Prime Music sounds noticeably better than Free Spotify on these headphones. Maybe the lower bit rate ... Show More

A Quality & Style
I'm a DJ and I take my sound quality very seriously, but I also travel a lot and need a durable everyday headphone for the road. I usually run thru a pair a year, but my last Sony headphones stuck it out for almost 2, and the quality of the earcup padding on these feels superior, so I have high hopes. Sound quality is high-end for the price range, solid high & low end, and easy functionality with the track play button on the right cup. The shade ... Show More

They sound great to me!
I was originally going to buy the Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones but got tired of waiting for a sale. I'm not going to pay $350 for headphones. I ran across the WH-CH700N's on sale for $98. I had already done research and these were on my radar as well. At that price it was a no brainer. I don't know if my 64 year old ears could tell the difference anyway. I rarely fly or will use them in a noisy environment so I rolled the dice on these. They sound excellent to me and I saved a bunch of money. These are quite a bargain at that price! I love them.

Brilliant sound, so-so NR
Brilliant sound and a great price from B&H. Theyre very comfortable on the ear. The sound is warm and wonderful, and can be adjusted like an equalizer through the Sony app. The one thing I wish it came with was a case, but those are widely available cheaply. If youre looking for Bluetooth headphones without all the bells and whistles, these are the ones. I didnt hear much difference when having noise reduction on vs off, but the ear cups themselves are large enough where its not much of an issue. Highly recommended at this price point.

Lovely sound at a good price
It's been many years since I've used over ear headphones so the many different types was a minefield. Didn't want to pay a lot of money and get it wrong. Checked out reviews, advice and comments and took over a week to decide. Really pleased with my choice. Used them wired to my laptop and get great sound. Have only had them a week now so not got round to doing them wireless yet but it looks straight forward enough. Easy to charge and the rotating ear pieces are good to pack in a suitcase.

Great headphones!
These headphones look great in blue, the buttons are easy to find and use when you are wearing them. The sound is good - with music on the noise cancelling works good enough. The app for the phone is great, allowing you to change the equalizer on the headphones and use surround sound. Only downsides for me are the fact that they don't fold but this is a very small downside, the voice that tells you when you've turned it on/off or using the NC is annoying. Overall however, great headphones.

Best for price range easy
These headphones are really great for the price range you won’t get any decent headphones with the same features that work as good as these for the price range the next set up would be a few hundred pounds the only thing I could say about these are that they make your ears very sweaty if you are walking whilst listening to music and can get very hot they don’t allow your ears to breathe very well but the bass and everything works amazing really good headphones I’m glad I bought them

Don't Buy For Noise Cancelling
Noise cancelling, not great. They can take most of the volume out of droning noises (computers, machinery, engines etc.), but just about anything else gets right through. That being said, the seal around the ears is more than decent enough that on a moderate volume (halfway seems more than loud enough except when literally playing a drum kit) most sounds do not get through apart from transients and speech. With a bit of EQ (-bass, +high mids) they do sound quite incredible for the price.

Good for Price
I think these are good headphones for the price rsnge. I am no music expert but love the sound. To me it is clear and loud enough. The noise reducing feature works but is not brilliant. Having said that I can always hear what I am listening to. I wear them a lot on the train and bus and find them so much better than my last headphones. Overall I would recommend these headphones. If you want more comfort and better noise reducing I would suggest going for a higher price range.

Perfect Bluetooth headphones
I was looking for Bluetooth headphones that would work with LG B6 Oled tv but was not able to find any reviews on the net for a pair that would work. So when I came across these noise cancelling headphones from Sony I thought I'd give them a go, and thankfully they work perfectly and even turn the channels over as well. Sound quality wise they surpass the awful l speakers that are built into the tv and are really comfortable, I can even hear sounds that I didn't hear before.

Brilliant!
Best purchase I`ve made in while. Quality, ease of use and comfort are second to none. I bought them especially because I was going on a commercial flight to Greece (4+hrs) and wanted to doze on the plane without all the interruptions that come with an economy airline, I was a little sceptical that they would work................no need, best flight I`ve taken in many a year, I was cocooned by these headphones. I could not recommend them enough, and not just for flying!!!

Excellent sound at this price...
Excellent sound at this price. The WH-CH700N have acceptable noise cancelling at this price point but its main savior is comfort and sound quality. I bought these primarily for TV use and to wear in bed due to a noisy apartment (traffic). The comfort was important to me and I can comfortably sleep with these on. To qualify this, as a comparison, I already own the WH-1000XM3 which are awesome and an industry standard for noise cancelling and sound.

Great headphones
I also have the big brother (the WH-1000XM3), and I can say, they are both pretty great. The 1000XM3 has a better noise cancelling. There isn't a dramatic difference in sound quality between both also you can tell the difference. User experience-wise, they are quite ordinary compared to the 1000-XM3. In my opinion, WH-CH700N are excellent headphones, not expensive. For a third of the price of the 1000-XM3, I would say go for it.

Very good headfones
Excellent headphones, solid, sound is great, fits perfectly and functionality at the highest level, money well spent on a great Sony product! A big plus for the battery, you can forget when you were last charging it. It is probably the biggest advantage of these headphones, intuitive buttons, connecting NFC without problems, noise reduction function helps a bit - it helps with repetitive noises

Great intro to noise canceling headphones
Connecting and using the headphones is really easy, and sound quality is actually very good, especially at this lower price point. Noise cancelling isn't as strong as the top-of-the-line headphones from Sony or Bose, but it does make a difference. Also importantly, the ear cups are nice and big so they don't rest against your ears and cause soreness (even for folks with bigger ears, like me ;).

8/10. Great for its price
+ Great sound quality with decent bass Cheap as for what u r getting Colour (i love it!) High production quality Great Great Great noice cancelling - Is not foldable what makes it harder to commute with It’s not super comfortable Because of passive noice cancelling it is getting hot quickly None of those cons is serious problem for me but it could be for some ppl

Happy with new purchase!
Im happy with these headphones. Sound quality is great for the price, and they are comfy enough to wear for a long time. Much better than my last pair of headphones which cost twice as much. The battery life is impressive, Bluetooth connects right away and holds without a problem. The Sony app has great features to tinker with the sound to your liking. Id definitely buy again.

Perfect headphones for the gym
I brought these headphones for the gym as I am a powerlifter and love having loud music for concentration and these are perfect for it. The noise cancelling option is great as it really does help with blocking everything out. Fitting and comfort are also great as your eyes slot in perfectly and the headphones are a comfortable rest on your head. Overall great product.

Good for the price
Have been satisfied with Sony NC earbuds for years except I could use them with my hearing aids. Decided to try over-ear NC headphones w/ the hearing aids. Works well and am generally satisfied with these other than the NC function seems a bit less effective than that of the earbuds. Good enough for home/work listening but will still use the earbuds for travel.

Good but not perfect
Good headphones, not sure the noise cancelling is truly active noise cancelling though. Good comfort, reasonably light weight, can be worn for long periods. 4 rather than 5 stars due to NC and you need to install sony app on device to allow first connection, though you can delete following connection if desired. I use mine a lot and i would recommend.

Really great headphones
My wife got these as a gift. She is delighted with them, good sound quality, both bass and treble. More than enough volume to drown out background noise such as a loud TV, talking in a crowded area. Good battery life and charge to full quickly in a few hours or just a boost. Not too tight over ears so can ware for a long time without getting a head ache.

Great Sound, Good Value, Excellent Battery
This is a very good BT headset. Sound quality is very good, noise cancelling works great when using public transport. Battery life is amazing, seems to last forever. Quite comfortable on the head. Would have been nice if they included a carry case, but it's not included. Overall, great purchase, no regrets, and highly recommend it.

These are nice
I loved everything about these headphones except they are a little snug and I was sweating around my ears after 20 minutes. Otherwise, the sound is awesome, the earphones appear to be well made and connecting to blue tooth was very easy. I can wear the headphones and still hear my husband or the tv, which I like to be able to do.
