Superb picture, but.....
Superb picture; anemic directions for setting up and maneuvering through all the different possibilities, having to figure out a great deal on your own. Free movies is relative!!!

Great TV, Horrible remote
Love the picture quality, but the SmartTV interface could use some improvement. The remote control is probably the worst I have ever seen. Too small, no number pad, and needs to be backlit.

Most Bang for Buck
At the price point that I purchased this (during holiday season with discount, around $600 after taxes) I'm happy with the simplicity it offers and app selection! The quality of the color and lighting in area is nice too. I haven't played many games on it, but it has a game mode it automatically switches too. It will adjust the screen based on the lighting in the room as well. So truly a smart TV. If you are looking for a nice TV and can't quite afford the QLED, this is a good alternative.

Got this for my wife to keep peace in the house. The old Samsung we had finally died, this one has a great picture, no complaints so far

This Samsung TV has both a great picture and sound.
We purchased this TV to replace the 7 series Samsung TV. Samsung is a great product. The clarity of the picture and the sound is great. We are very happy with the service that we got from B&H and would highly recommend this company. They also have the best prices compared to all the business that I checked for the same TV.

Samsung TV's Have Software Bugs You Have To Work Around
There are two issues that my TV has (which have been reported across a wide number of Samsung models). 1. When watching a show with Subtitles ON the screen brightness changes when the Subtitles appear. Very distracting. I looked up the problem online and you basically have to do a HACK to stop this.
