Ordered 10 only got 9 Stylus Pens

I ordered a total of ten (10) pens but was only shipped nine (9) pens. I emailed customer service and explained in detail the situation but no reply as of today. Did I pay for ten and only get nine? It appears that way to me but I am not sure since no one has replied to my email. I didn't see where it was on back oreder either. Not sure at this point if I will order anything else.
