Maybe the only lens you need
The 12-200mm is a fine do-everything lens. I have had it on an OM-D E-M1 mark II for a couple of weeks for daylight outdoor photography. I havent seen any obvious flaws in edge-to-edge image quality at any focal length. I have also been impressed with its usefulness for close-up photography of flowers and insects. Covers the missing distance well
When I bought my Olympus E-M 10 Mark III, I got the 12-42mm lens and the 75-300mm lens. What I found, though, was there was a whole lot of area missing for my shots between the 42 and 75. And of course, mirrorless means it's the 84-150 range. Anyway, this 12-200mm lens means I don't miss that area, and I don't have to change lenses so much. That's great. Lens Sticks Partway Through the Zoom Range - Poor Design
I own the Olympus 14-150mm and was excited at the prospect of migrating to the 12-200mm for a somewhat faster lens and broader field and depth of view. Man was I disappointed. Best all round lens
Originally purchased this lens to reduce lens changes, especially during bad weather or rapid scene changes. Fit, finish and build are excellent. Controls are smooth. There was a very slight tightness when zooming out (at about 130mm), but that is almost gone now. Auto focus is fast and accurate. Close focusing ability is good. Sharpness is good throughout the range, although I only print up to 13x19, so opinions may vary. I really like this lens. Consider it the big brother to the 14-150. Cbug

Great travel lens
Just finished with trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NP. Took over 3000 shots and very pleased with results. Found that I really did not need any other lens unless for very long distance wild life where 600mm or greater is needed. Yes, the extension is a little tight, but you quickly forget about it and wonder why all the fuss in some other reviews.

Stickiness less apparent after some use
I have been using this lens for about a week to get used to the camera and had the same problem with stickiness others have reported. However, after a week of use either I have become used to it or it has greatly lessened. Apart from that, it is a superb lens - very sharp, and, given the limitations of the 4/3 sensor size, excellent quality images.

Great all-purpose lens
I use this lens on an Olympus OM-D 10 MIII. I generally get very high quality photos from this combination. I don't have a large collection of lenses to compare this one to but I don't have to change for close up or distance. In low light Autofocus is a little off so I've just increased the f stop and usually get a shot in focus.

Muy buen producto y calidad.
Al usarlo con mi cmara O. Pen F (mirrorless) el zoom lo acciono manualmente y ello permite muy importante ahorro de energa y prolonga la batera (este tipo de cmaras consumen mucha batera y el motor del zoom lo incrementa an ms). La calidad del producto es excelente y la potencia es grande

Great versatile lens!
I love this new lens. Really amazed at its zoom capability as well as able to shoot close-ups, very good in low light situations too. A little larger than my other micro 4/3 lenses, but you cant have everything! Had to wait about a month as it was on back order- was worth the wait.

Not very sharp
Very disappointed in this lens. I really wanted to like it. I didn't expect pro quality but was hoping for as good as the 14-150 it replaced. NOT! I think I have to return it :( Maybe I just got a dud and should ask for a replacement...

Excellent. very happy
Not happy my 1st outing with the new lens, after thinking about it, I realize that I was asking to much from the 12-200mm. But now after more outings it has become my lens of choice for my type of photography.
