Hardware perfect, software not
The hardware was great - the short cord on the charger is my only complaint. As for the software, MS makes you sign in with an MS id to take it out of Win10 S mode, and (apparently), Acer makes you create an account to obtain user manuals and BIOS/driver updates. The problem is I am trying to prepare this computer as a gift, I don't want to embed login ids inside it that can't be forgotten. Great hardware and great price, software is too nosy.

More than I expected, not perfect but pretty good.
Before I shop it, I've some researches and that was a really good laptop for an unexpected price, not so low but worth for the product, when I went to the store I were well attend and left with no doubts about my product. In my opinion that's the best price for a Core I5, Touch screem and 360 spin computer or laptop.

Dealing with windows OS
I found it difficult to mameuver throught he windows 10s operating service which came on the computer. I opted to go to windows 10. This too was a mess. I changed it to Chrome and now I can handle it. The computer seems to be what I expected and have no problems.

Great Deal for a laptop
I have been looking for a new laptop for over a year. Last year, we purchased an ACER SPIN 5 for my husband. He has been very pleased with that purchase. We are big ACER laptop fans. When I saw this deal, I was excited because of the 1TB hard drive. I am always running out of storage. Granted, it is slightly older than my husband's SPIN 5, but the storage makes it excellent. Great little computer!
It was a great little computer for the price. I would like to add a little more ram but it will work fine for what I bought it for. It is just a small computer for travel and will fill a need.
