I have some really nice sennheiser portable noise canceling headphones and the rubber on the ear and headband pads went bad after several years. I was SO glad to find that BH had these replacement parts! The phone order service to find them and get them to me was great! Now I am back in business! and the prices were reasonable, although the headband pads should be sold in a pack of two, since the product has two pads on it. The ear pads are sold that way.
