I love my new Smart TV. The Picture and Sound are so clear and amazing! Ive never owned a Smart TV 4K; and I recommend it for anyone who wants to try a new way of viewing tv shows and movies.

Best Thing Since Button Shoes
Fabulous picture. Has a new feeling of presence. Maybe the size or increased definition. Unfortunate Apps that hold prominent position because they are sponsored. AND they cannot be moved out of the way. Movies For Rent are displayed to my dismay.

Great TV
Great TV. Easy to use interface and remote. Setup was fast and painless. It is sort of pre loaded with apps that are OK, but it doesnt give you updated options like an apple TV hub. This sucks because Im stuck with Direct TV Now beta version with no way to upgrade to the fully updated app without hooking up my Apple TV which is quite redundant. Beautiful
I am extremely happy with this television set the slightest complaint I have which I knew about leaving the store was that its at pit bright which is easily fixed by changing it to stand. or movie they were four choices the other three choices Jim the picture just a little to take the brightness off sometimes Im actually in the mood for the brightness the picture is stunning vivid and most days when Im on my way home I walk Faster cause I cant wait to get in bed and watch the TV

Great TV
The image quality is exceptional, but color needs calibration (several settings are available). 4k works very well both with Amazon prime and Netflix. HDMI arc also worked the first time I connected the tv to my sony receiver. You can also connect a wireless usb keyboard, which is very helpful when you browse the web (but it doesnt work in netflix or in amazon prime).

Great picture and good sound.
This TV has a great picture and good sound. Installation was a bit difficult as the manual is terrible. Finally figured the buttons out. Then all worked well. Lost internet connection and had to reconnect. It was a pain but I got it.

Did not work
Just got this new set yesterday. Unpacked it, installed the base and turned on the power. That was my last happy moment, the right 1/3 of the screen had a damaged display of squiggly lines and two large 3" wide black stripes, enough to make you cry. Anyway I still am a Samsung fan, sort of now, but I will repackage it and wait for the FedEx truck. I thought I might upgrade and order one of the new QLED sets since it was only priced $100 more, but when I just looked at the site they had increased the price another $100, (Maybe the tariffs kicked in) so maybe not.

Don't Buy It!!!!!!
This tv has begun making a ticking noise from the rear. Ive owned 5 different samsung tvs all have have been great quality. This one is different.... After about 2 weeks it began making a ticking noise from the back. Usually happens at least three times a minute. At first I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just the expansion and contraction of parts warming and cooling. Or possibly The plastic on the rear creeking from being wall ... Show More
