I ordered the product before Christmas and waiteduntil mid-Jan when it became available. Noproblem so far.Before doinganything,I filled the replacement insurance card and paid DJI. My drone arrived with the Micro-SD card stuck in the drive.They apparently ship the product with the card in the drive??!! Perfect drone for the $$$ for beginners and travelers

Love it, DJI read my mind
I have pretty much started to flying the DJI quadcopters since day one when they came out with the Phantom 1 and I am still flying it a few years later. Caged bird with stupid logic. Otherwise, good to fly.
1) The aircraft disconnects from the RC without reason. 2) You can only fly if you have na internet connection to login to DJI servers (must login to fly). That's a true problem if you intend to fly in remote and wild areas where you may not have a cel phone signal at all. Just a few minor issues: Preordered the fly more package the 27th of September and received on 10/19 (New York, North-Atlantic and Mid-Atlantic shipments have begun moving forward) I received the drone and had fully charged all three batteries for a nice Day of flight testing. Great except for the case.
First the good: The Mavic Pro is an amazing piece of kit. It's almost ridiculously stable, has all sorts of modes of operation which you can read about in many places. No need for me to detail them here. While it had me update the firmware for both drone and remote app before I could use it, it went without a hitch. Exceeds Expectations
Bought this drone for taking photos and videos of my companies solar installations and it performs that task very well. But this little bird is just a blast to fly whether I have a job to shoot or not. Great and Easy to Fly
I'm a beginner and this is my first real drone. I've had the less-expensive toy versions (for lack of a better term). I am a videographer and this is my first drone. I am just learning how to fly it but so far it flies like a dream. Hand flying is so easy and I cannot wait to try out the auto flight features. So like other reviews i have seen i purchased my drone from B&H and ALL 3 batteries were defective. Not a single one would charge and i even tried them on a friends charger to make sure the charger wasn't defective and they still wouldn't charge. So I went to return them. Recieved my well packaged mavic from b & h. Great job with the well packing with protective layers. The mavic I took it out of the box and first got my remote and battery charged up to 100%. Then turn it on with DJI go 4 app and update all the firmware.. with ease through app. There's no uploading on SD cards etc anymore. After updating App, I took the copter to a flying field. Be careful, it's a gateway drug
This is the first drone I have owned and first I have flown. At S-Films, we use large industrial drones, medium sized drones and the small drone DJI's Mavic Pro. I have not been a huge fan of DJI?I feel that their support is weak at best.
