I find the typical silicone ear pieces do not work well in my ears. These foam ones mold into and fit perfectly and reduce outside noise adequately.

Replacement tips did the job.

I have $ headphones I got off of woot and the tips disappeared. These Comply Foam tips did the trick. I once again have cheap headphones that work!
