Works great but connectors surprised me.
This is a fantastic, speedy computer. However, Apple does not use mini-display ports any more and it would not run my beloved LED Cinema Display, even with adapters. The adapter boxes say so in red letters. I had to buy their LG UltraFine display to edit photos, although the Mac mini has one HDMI port that will operate most other monitors and most digital TVs. Mac Mini is great
Haven't had a mac mini for a few years, been relying on a macbook pro. New Space Gray looks great, very slick next to my 32 5K monitor, which it drives beautifully. Upgraded to 64Gb after purchase, very happy.

Great little computer
Works well for an entertainment center. The only problem is that it does not use its native display resolution for a 4K TV through the HDMI port. In order to get that to work, one must use a separate Thunderbolt-to-HDMI adapter

Love it!
I bought this little Mac mini to replace my 2011 iMac, what a great purchase! I was able to make the switch to external storage pretty quickly as I picked of the 128 ssd model. I need to work on cable management for sure with the hub that I am running to the Mac mini but it will all come together in time. Dedicated graphics are not an issue at this point but I do plan to pick up an egpu case and Vega card in the near future.

Garbage
This is my 4th mac. My newest one before this was a 2015 Macbook pro. From what I hear this was the last year Apple made a good laptop/desktop. In 2016 the professional photographers left Apple in droves and went to windows. I left windows in 2009 for the reliability in Apple and had many years of great service. Wish Catalina was more stable.
A nice quiet box ... hardly know it's there, but has been panic'ing quite a bit, hopefully that's because of instability in Catalina and not because the fan isn't working hard enough (it does run a bit warm).

Solid Small Office Workhorse
I've been using Mac Mini's in small office applications for several years. Everything from non-profit organizations to retail brick & mortar. While there are some features that have disappeared from the Mac Mini, due to Apple feeling like they know what I need better than I (USB outputs for instance), I still give it a 4 star review. Great inexpensive Mac
My MacBook Pro video card died meaning either spend $700 replacing the logic board (and replace a failing SSD) or look for other options. Luckily the Mac Mini could work for my situation. Super easy setup I was up and running in minutes with my backup/restore.

A fantastic starter system from Apple. Great for photogs!
I procured this Mac Mini as a gift for my mother for Christmas. For someone who's exclusively into Photoshop and Lightroom, the Mac Mini has everything you need and nothing you don't need. After getting the memory upgraded to 32 GB via an authorized Apple service partner, the Mac easily tears through all kinds of tasks related to photo-editing. This system truly is a winner!

A great upgrade for my iMac
While I loved my previous iMac I discovered that there was some issues with my usage for it. eGPUs lose about 30% of their performance when driving an internal display and if you wish to get a new iMac you must replace your display each time. While its a great initial price its more expensive in the long run. This mini has given me the opportunity to split out my peripherals, get more performance from my eGPU and have a more modular (and cheaper) upgrade path for the future.

Hassle-free buying experience
Good price, probably best out there for Apple products. Fast free delivery. So far the product, Mac Mini is working great and came as advertised. And I was able to pay with Apple Card via Apple Pay. You got to use their mobile site and Apple Pay has to be associated with the device you are using for the purchase; in my case an iPad. Got my 2% back from Apple this way. Hassle-free buying experience.

A significant improvement over the Mac Mini it replaced
Replaced my late 2014 Mac Mini as the system had slowed appreciably over the last year. The Mac Mini (late 2018) is radically faster. Cloned the old Mac Mini hard drive using a new Crucial 1TB SSD. Moved the data via USB to the new MM using the migration assistant. The migration was easier than I anticipated. After the data migration was complete I installed the 1TB SSD in the old MM and it is running better than ever. My only reason for a 4 star rating v. 5 is the price and the fact that the SSD is not field upgradeable.
