Excellent sound, great fit, defective remote button
These are nice little earbuds with solid sound quality and fit for the price. Unfortunately, the remote button on the pair that I received was defective and made both an iPhone and iPod function chaotically while playing music (spontaneous fast-forward or skip if the cord is jostled). I tried them out for a day and the chaos subsided but then sometimes the button wouldn't work at all. I recommend ONLY buying them in the store where you can immediately try them out. Great customer service from B&H!

Bad Product Even Worse Customer Service
Bought the PM73 Ear Headphones after a week one of the ear plastic gels fell off. I called customer service and they told me I had to buy a whole set of the plastic gels. When I asked if they could send me just the one plastic ear gel that got lost, they replied no and hung up. Pathetic. I will not buy another Xuma product again since they won't support their products.

Good product for the price
Good product, both the earphone and the mic work as expected. Good cable quality, you can tell it's different from those flimsy cheap cable earphones. I bought it when B&H is running a special. Besides the Bluetooth earphones, I feel it's reliable to have a one like this that don't need worry about charging the earphone :)

Solid product for a good price
These are nice buds that take a beating, cancel out most external noise (when you're wearing them), handle calls while reducing background noise to a bare minimum, and play tunes as well as having a small pair of Bose in the room. They're a good boom for the buck. z

Can use a bit more bass
The treble is a bit on the high end, having a bit more bass would balance it out for the better.
