Yes, I get it. For around the same $ you can own either the GH5 or G9. While I've owned neither I can tell you the G95 is an outstanding piece of gear. Ergonomics, feature set. and build/image quality are top notch. I went with the G95 over the G9 for a couple of reasons, with the first being live composite. Show Moreomeone who is still learning photography (and this is purely subjective), I'm not quite ready to tote around a pro spec body like the G9. Although I'm fairly certain there are far worse photographers than myself using far more extravagant gear! I'm docking the G95 a star for a couple of reasons. I understand the Lumix 12-60mm is an outstanding kit lens, but Panasonic should not have forced it on USA buyers. The G95 is far too good to not have a body only option, especially for those of us already imbedded in the Lumix M43 system. Secondly, the G95 seems tailor made for night photography. Panasonic should have included the red lcd option on this model to further accentuate this model. All in all I really like it and can see myself using it for a very long time. A great camera that with some minimal upgrades could have been truly outstanding.Show Less
