Works very well , however I had to have Kawai send me a replacement due to a noisy main-spring . Putting a fiber washer under the spring probably would have corrected it.... Kawai probably needs to start doing this ! Don't get me wrong : This is a good product and Kawai's warranty service is outstanding !
