Galaxy Audio GT-V Trek Series - Battery-Powered, Compact Wireless Microphone System (Lavalier)
UPC's:
Finicky wireless connectIon
The concept is great but execution is lacking. The receiver isnt robust in its build quality so be careful with placement and handling. The wireless connection between the mic/transmitter and receiver is a bit finicky as they must be close to each other to connect. If they are too far apart when switched on they dont connect even if moved close together while on. If they are together when switched on everything seems to work properly. Sound quality is about average but adequate for speech.

Perfect for filming yoga classes
I needed a head microphone that was simple, didn't have a clip on pack and a wire and sent clear sound to my camera. The first time I used it, the AC in the room was like a tornado and there was loud music playing during the class. But the head mike picked up ONLY the instructor's voice and it was sharp and clear. I just ordered a second one last night from B&H. This mike was B&H's suggestion when I asked them for a low cost, no wire way to achieve my goal.

Nice, clean audio
I plug this into my Zoom H1n - also a lovely piece of kit - and it works like a charm. The clip is a bit small, but so far seems to grip nicely. Just make sure it's holding on properly before making any sudden or twisting moves. And, make sure the jack is completely pushed into the socket of your recording device, or you'll wonder why it's not picking up any sound :) Works over quite a long distance with (so far) no dropouts. I like it!

Great little lavalier for the price.
I bought this for home movie stuff so it does the job just fine. I recorded 45 minutes with it and it never dropped out or had any issues.
