Well rounded headphones both sonically and aesthetically
Managed to nab the emerald editions and they look as fantastic as they sound. Coming from Audeze LCD2s which are great as well but just uncomfortable for longer listening sessions. The TH900mk2s are lightweight in comparison and very comfortable. I also needed a closed back design for listening at night when the wife is asleep but didnt want to compromise sound quality, and these dont disappoint. Soundstage is still good, smooth across the lows/mids/highs, doesnt seem to be missing or lacking anywhere. I expect to enjoy these for a long time to come.
