Headset upgrade
Bought these because my 2.0 where falling apart and these in my mind are the same only a better headband! I’d defo recomend these as an upgrade

As described first class
Extremely comfortable sound is amazing did pay a fortune for some really popular 7.1 surround sound headset but they were returned they were useless compared to these,these are the dogs ( especially if your into fortnight and other online shooters.). Very easy to set up and charge even comes with a bag to store them in brilliant.

Games, music, movies. These headphones do it all
Before I get to a more detailed review I'll say they do fit well over the PSVR headset. I know that seems to be one of the main questions that are asked when researching headphones for PS4. The metal band of the headphones that reassure you that they're built to last, the soft cushion of the ear pieces is comfortable and allows for many hours of gaming. Only drawback is the need for a USB dongle for wireless use. But sound quality is great, 3D sound is cool too.

Worth the money and better than the model below
Great headset. Well worth the money. The only thing better really are top of the range Astros in my opinion, but you won't get those at this price.

Quick and easy
Very easy to set up, plug the usb into the playstation and turn them on and your done, customisable sound settings and them being very comfortable makes it even better, bought wireless turtle beaches prior to this which were terrible yet double the price, excellent value for money

Much better than prior version
I had the old gold headphones which were definitely not a great design as they tended to break. But i liked them alot. No such problems here. All the good stuff has stayed and the bad redesigned to be far far better. Fits over psvr well too.

If you don't care about sound quality, go for it.
These are not that great. I was expecting somewhat better sound quality for $100. The headphones are very weak sounding. When you put it in boost mode, it has that unbalanced sound when a bass sound kicks in where the treble frequencies pull back for a second and the bass overwhelms the sound stage until the bass goes away. Excellent
These headphones are excellent, great sound quality and very comfortable, could wear them for hours on end. Easy access to controls as everything you need is on the side of the headphones. Would definitely recommend these headphone.

Sony quality at a great price
Connected the usb receiver to my PS4 (can be plugged into a usb extender) powered the headset up, connection was established instantly. Intalled the Headsrt Companion app on the PSN for extra sound settings. Sound is high quality, makes you feel immersed in the games or even in films. Comfortable and easy to adjust. Added bonus, they fit perfectly over the PSVR heaset to increase the sense of being in the game. Resident Evil Biohazard is a must in VR with these earphones.

A little chunk on my small head. EXCELLENT NOISE FILTER (minimizes background noise to a pen drop). Fast charge, decent battery life.

Really nice touch to gaming
Really nice well built design. A full charge lasts around 2/3 days of long gaming. You could wear the headphones for long periods without discomfort. Sound it’s outstanding, really nice depth of highs and lows of bass. Allot adjustment to personalise your sound and experience. I use headphones for competitive gaming and I can uselly hear sounds other headphones will not. Highly recommend

Dodgy connection and missing sound
Sound only from one side and connectivity was temperamental. Very comfortable though and decent design. Returned and full refund given without an issue. Opted for Logitech and no problems with that.

Virtually Gold
The New Sony Gold headset is a step up from the previous version. Sony has ditched the foldable head strap and updated the look with an all dark tone. The comfort and quality is still there & on PS4 you can customise the sound with a preset or your own EQ options using an app. The battery life is good for a 6 hour gaming session if fully charged. Its wireless range is good at around 7 meters max, but won’t go as far as some bluetooth devices. Worth the money in my opinion.

Unbelievable sound quality!
I struggled to find any instructions on how to set up the device so I had to Google it, but once it was working it sounded unreal!. For a big headset, it stays very comfortable for a long time

Amazing sound quality, better than expected
I was a bit reluctant on gaming headsets and decided to bite the bullet and go for this head set, and it’s supperb, so much better than expected, really gives you the feeling you inside the game. So easy to set up and use too, littelry just plug in the usb sand switch on the headset and your on! Does push down on my ears a little and can be a bit annoying after an hour or two but that definitely wouldn’t push me away from buying this headset. And it looks stunning, and feels so durable.

Amazing, very crisp and clear audio
They work like a charm. 7.1. virtual surround sound is amazing. Been playing hellblade senuas sacrifice and you really feel like you are inside the game itself. 10/10 would buy again
