Decent Pedal for a Decent Price
I use this pedal in conjunction with my Roland Juno STAGE performance synth. It works well, however, I feel that it is not as responsive as my yamaha pedal for my s90EX stage piano. You have to push hard to get it to respond. I also have the M-Audio pedal and it does not work with half pedaling on either the Roland or Yamaha, but it does work with my Casio. I have found that with pedals at least, buying the manufacturer's brand that goes along with the keyboard is the best insurance that it will work properly.

Good pedal
Bought as a replacement for a DP-6 that broke after 20 years of use. I hope this will last as long. Appears to be well constructed. It has a long cord, and little switch on the side to toggle between on/off pedal, or half damper operation. The rubber heel flap will help keep it in place as you put your foot on it. The only thing I wish it had is a polarity switch (which only matter if you have Korg/Ensoniq gear that doesn't have a polarity switch itself). Other than that this is a great pedal.

Excellent pedal!
This is a sturdy, well made pedal with excellent typical function with one very significant advantage: the unfolding little rubber mat functions as a heel rest and prevents the pedal from sliding away as you use it. Really nice! BTW, works fine on my Korg Kross keyboard (and likely also on all of the other Kross keyboards as well.) And the B&H price is phenomenal!

Great Damper Pedal
The thing that differentiates the DP-10 from the DP-8 is that the DP-10 has a rubber pad that prevents slippage on hard floors. That's a nice feature. It also has a switch that allows it to be set to continuous,(half-pedal), or switch, (on-off). That versatility is useful if you have it set to do something other than just function as a damper pedal.

For the long haul
I use this pedal every week at our church meetings as a sustain pedal for our Roland keyboard. It keeps going and going. The last one took a few years before it started having a squeaking sound when it was pressed down from time to time. Other than that, it's very reliable and well put together. Great longevity for the price.

Perfect Damper Pedal
DP-10 works GREAT on my Clone Keyboard. A perfect damper for all & offers Leslie Simulation speed changes. I love it. So far it's VERY good, w/no complains ... as of yet. The DP-10 seems to be the Cadillac of the single pedal bunch for me.Why I did NOT try one before - glad I have one now! ...

solid and brilliantly designed
love the fact that you can turn on and off the half pedal function depending on the keyboard you're using it with. The twist out basepiece that you put your heal on is a brilliant addition and prevents the pedal from (finally!) sliding out from underfoot!

Does not move
Great feel, like the 90 degree rubber mat for stability - this does not move. Much better than the Yamaha FC3 for movement on wood floor. Con: not compatible with pedal noise on Nord Stage. Yamaha FC3 is compatible (but, who needs pedal noise anyway?).

The sturdiest damper pedal
Unbeatable tough metal housing and solid build quality. The extension pad (see official pic #2) is GREAT! Rest your heel on it and the pedal won't budge. I've had one since 1997; just bought a 2d one for use as a footswitch with a SV-1.

Roland Quality
I spent a little extra as I love these Roland damper pedals. My last one was misplaced in the post gig shuffle of gear. Solid build and features (polarity) as well as the fact that I use mainly Roland products make it the choice for me.

Solid Down Pedal
I like the sturdiness of this pedal. It feels good on the foot ala a piano damper pedal. I really like the new polarity switch on the pedal itself. My older model of the same pedal did not have this feature. Secure on the floor too.

High Quality
This product works very well.. It is well constructed for the rigors of touring and for different surfaces that we all face playing at different venues. The calibration and senseativity are spot on in my opinion.

Excellent update to a classic
I've used Roland damper pedals for decades, and have always found them solid, reliable and durable. Very pleased to see that this model supports half-pedaling, adds a polarity switch, and has a longer cable.

Fine for Full Holding
Works as advertised. The half damper position is uncomfortable to hold in position. I'd prefer a switch that turns the feature on and off and allows you to fully depress the pedal to achieve either affect.

Great Value, Great Quality
This is an OEM part, sold below wholesale. Do you need this pedal? Then order it! I do NOT know how well it will work on non-Roland keyboards.

I would buy this product again
Works fine so far. Does exactly what I expected. Only problem is that it moves around slightly on floor instead of as advertised.
