We recently upgraded our phone system and found that our Plantronics HW291N headsets did not work with our new phones, which are YeaLink T46S models. I began shopping for compatible headsets and came across this cable. Thinking I might be able to swap out the original adapter cable for this one while keeping the headsets, I decided to give it a try. They worked! Instead of spending lots of money on new headsets, I was able to buy several of these cables, keep ourPlantronics headsets, and save money in the process.
